First of all, the sign out front says HANDICAPPED PARKING. There was a car parked there with no handicapped placard and we had to park away from the door. I am an amputee and can barely walk. When I mentioned it inside, the lady that owned the car said, I LEFT IT IN THE OTHER CAR! So? MOVE! She didn't. If you look at the Google image, there is a truck parked there. No one seems to care to leave that open for people who need it. Went to the restroom. The toilet was being held up by shimms! Water all over the floor. AGAIN, hazardous to someone in my condition who walks with forearm crutches. Now, lets get to the service. There were two ladies working when I went into the restroom. Had to sit and drip dry because there was not toilet paper. When I finished, I hobbled out to see they are just now asking the lady what she wants when no one else was in the store. We order our food, girl scoffs at the way I order. I wanted the oil and vinegar to go inside the tuna and not in the bread. Hubby orders a wrap and they put only two scoops of tuna on his wrap. He asks for the rest. They girls look at the sign, look back at him with a confused look. It clearly says wraps get double meat. So she slops on a huge helping and looks at him for approval. The whole time, I am standing and CAN'T. I am disabled. All the regular chairs are away from the counter. There are high chairs that I cannot even begin to climb into. Hubby had to go in the back and pull up a chair because they were taking way too long. Hubby goes to check out. Shows her is card. Says he wants to add points. She looks at him like he is stupid. Then she says, You are ADDING points? YES! For crying out loud! WORST place I have every been to. One star was too many! read more
