The food here is really good, especially the chicken burgers. All made with really fresh…read moreingredients. The prices are what you would expect for a local independent take away. My personal favourite is the chicken Caesar burger which is absolutely delicious!! The real downside of plucked is the service. The wait times are usually 10 minutes or more and if its slightly busy, even longer. You really can't be in any rush when you want something from plucked!! The other little thing is based on my last experience when I came to get a chicken burger (at about 6 pm) and they had run out of burger buns, which was a bit of a downer. All in all it's a good local take away with above average food but slow service.

It was not until I stopped with the family (after a Segway ride in the Blue Mountains) at Blaxland McDonalds that I have ever seen a burger that looks like it does in all those pictures that advertise the restaurant. Service was quick and friendly, foor looked amazing and believe it or not...it wasn't freezing cold. I thought I had landed on an alien planet. I could go on but you get the point. A current Affair and Today Tonight should go to Blaxland to show the rest of Australia what McDonalds food should look like. Great job Blaxland McDonalds staff and managers. You all deserve recognition for your outstanding service.
