Seriously who is in charge? Yesterday I went in for breakfast. The biscuit and gravy were horrible! My biscuit was swimming in gravy and the biscuit was so hard I had to pull it out and cut it with a knife. One has to ask if the owner even has a clue what's going on. I've been in Bay City for a year. As a senior citizen I've been at numerous Whataburgers and honestly this is the worst I've ever been to! Got to restaurant and checked in on app. 5 minutes later one employee comes out of the bathroom. I completely understand that, we had no issues with that. 5 minutes after that, the other 2 workers came from behind the building just talking away to each other, both had their headsets on. Then it was another 5-10 minutes before we got our 2 sodas with no ice and just one flavor added to each. Very simple order. The black woman that was working is very rude and has mega very bad customer service skills. All the times we have been there and she has been our car hop, she has yet to ever say a single word to us. I will be putting this everywhere i can to make sure it gets noticed. There are only 2 people that ever give us our order that are actually nice. It is ridiculous that someone like that is allowed to work there at all.

I ordered a stuffed crust pizza, the garlic cheesesticks, and the lunch meal deal that comes with a personal pan pizza and a drink. I ordered it all for carry out since I live too far for delivery. The woman working the drive through was very nice. (Every time I go through the drive through, the staff are always nice and friendly.) Great vibes while waiting for the pizza as well although some music in the drive through would be a nice touch, but that doesn't take away from anything. When I got home, I realized they had forgot to give me my drink with my meal deal which was partly my fault because I didn't notice right away. It's about a thirty minute round trip to Pizza Hut, so I didn't bother driving back. The food was good, and besides the missing drink, everything was correct. This is a good Pizza Hut (based on drive through experience only). I would definitely recommend it.
