The rep I spoke to explained the different types of doors they offer, without pressuring me at all, and offered to send someone out to give me a free estimate. In the meantime, I priced a seemingly comparable door at Home Depot, and found out that with installation, it would be about the same as one from Verona. I decided to purchase from Verona, and several weeks went by after I sent them my deposit check. I called them today to find out the status, and they said "are you going to be home this afternoon?" and were at my house in an hour. The service tech was friendly and professional, and my new door is looking great. From what the tech tells me, I made the right choice. Apparently Home Depot calls them all the time to replace the low-end doors they've installed!

Ed & Son had to completely remove and replace the unit using non combustible material, replace the ventilation that the previous contractors damaged and redo the gas up to code. They gave me recommendations of other contractors that were great to work with, and then returned to complete the installation with a granite surround. I hired Patricia's cleaning service @ $400 to do a deep clean of our completely empty 4 bedroom,…read more4.5 bath house before we moved in back in September. She was easy to schedule with and responsive. Patricia showed up the day of with I believe her 2 daughters to clean our new home. That same day I returned back from work to unpack some kitchen things and inspect. After walking around our wood floor downstairs my feet were completely black with particles sticking to the bottom. On top of this, a full bathroom was completely missed. I was mortified. I texted Patricia with pictures and thankfully she came back the next day to clean the floors downstairs. However, after all of this, I didn't trust the cleaning at all and had to re-clean everything myself. I texted Patricia the weekend after to tell her I was disappointed still because while cleaning myself I found old cat liter from previous owners in the master bathroom and residue and dirt in other locations that shouldn't have been there with a deep clean. No response. I debated posting a review for awhile but I hope other people do not go through the stress and the waste of $400 while dealing with their move.
