I had the opportunity to host Kyle's 2-day Men's Intimacy workshop at my yoga studio in Ft…read moreLauderdale. I only knew him and his program through a professional referral. I was very pleased with his communication and thoroughness as we made arrangements for promotion, marketing, payment, and logistics. On the day of the event, I met with him and his helper and everything fell into place. Part of the arrangement we had for using the space was that I could be a participant in the event. This was absolutely my good fortune. Kyle is a soft-spoken communicator, but was completely able to keep the attention and engagement of the 16 participants. More importantly, he has a tremendous ability to help people move past some of their blocks, particularly guilt and shame, so they can really get in touch with themselves. And that is perhaps the most important part of dealing with intimacy in interpersonal communication. I've participated in numerous tantra, intimacy, and sex-positive events, including week-long retreats. Kyle's is easily among the best, particularly among shorter sessions. I found myself learning, getting in touch with some of my own stuff, and finding myself aroused, stimulated, and engaged. I absolutely recommend and endorse his intimacy workshop and intend to participate again next time he's in Florida

I have bad knees, so I was worried at first that that would hold me back, but from the very first workout, the coaches showed me alternative exercises that were better on my knees. They also really watched my form and and told me when it was time to add more weights, and/or try an exercise that was a little more challenging, once I got the less challenging version down. My knee pain has decreased immensely since I started! I have become so much stronger in so many ways. The whole atmosphere here at the gym is amazing. The coaches, fellow members and challengers- they are all so encouraging. It's like we are all family. This is probably my most favorite thing about this place. It makes me want to come back each day. I reached my goal with this 6 week challenge, and I am going to continue on to the next challenge! I am so excited to continue my fitness journey here at 3D!

I came to an orientation to find out about a 6 week 20 pound weight loss challenge & walked away intrigued & curious. I was told by the owner Blair Baxter, in the orientation that the challenge would challenge me but the results I desired were attainable. Blair said if I simply FTDI (follow the darn instructions ), I would succeed. I decided to try the challenge & the gym and see what would happen. I must admit, as a person who has joined gyms in the past, hired personal trainers, and been on multiple diets, I was somewhat skeptical. I decided it was time to try this fitness challenge and see what the end result would be. Well I have attended 3DFitness since June 2014 and have lost 88 pounds in a years time. I did not starve myself but COMMITTED to working out 4-5 days a week while eating smart. Eating smart simply means I made a conscious choice to eat move vegetables, less fat & sodium. I worked hard to change myself from the inside out. I came because I wanted to transform my body, but stayed because of the family like environment. The trainers at 3D are PHENOMENAL! The trainers are knowlegable, encouraging, motivating & inspiring. Please don't misunderstand, in no way are the trainers push overs. The same trainers are challenging teachers who instruct you while teaching you to move past your comfort zone. I am working on hitting a 100 pond goal. From this eperience I developed a new mantra, " I Am In It To WIN IT, BETTER HEALTH"! If you are ready for a change that will be lasting, come che k out 3DFitness. I hope to meet you on the gym floor :).
