I chose Chef's Choice for y first shipment, thinking's that the wisest. What a disappointment. The foods were terrible with the exception of the shakes. A total waste of money. And not a cheap experience at $691.00 for two months. My advice would be to buy the book and stay away from their foods.

    Wow lots of brutal 1 star reviews! Some are understandable but here's why it's been good for me so…read morefar: First of all, I am dropping some lbs. Low carb has always worked for me. Second, I'm too busy, or to be more honest, lazy to make my own meals every day, so I like coming home and being able to grab a SB item which is easy to prepare and not much thinking or effort- except for steaming some veggies or throwing some salad in a bowl. And while we're on the subject of veggies and salad, I noticed some were saying that they don't get enough to eat with the SB diet but the point is to add fresh food along with it instead of relying on it alone. Here's a tip that helps me: I found that most of the entrees are kinda "saucy" which is a perfect companion for steamed veggies. So, while I am heating up my entrée, I throw some baby cauliflower or broccoli florets into my little steamer (bonus tip-my little steamer is actually for making 6 hard boiled eggs but turns out to be the perfect size for a portion of veggies and takes only about 5 min) and then I pour the entrée over the top...yum! I've even done sliced Portabello mushrooms as a "filler" to add more volume to some of the meals. And as a result, I am not hungry at all and I am finally eating veggies again...lots of 'em! If you knew me you'd be impressed. I have also rediscovered having a cup of tea when I feel like eating at night. It usually does the trick and is a nice way for me to relax and slow down instead of mindlessly stuffing my face. Aside from a few items, I don't find the food to be bad at all. You will find what you like and don't like. The Sausage & Peppers is one of my favs as well as the Campfire Beef and Beans or- try the Cheeseburger Soup poured over steamed broccoli or - have one of their breakfast sandwiches open-faced (I save the top bun for the next day) with some asparagus or spinach and add a poached egg, letting the gooey yolk ooze over it. The next day I have the other side of the bun with more asparagus or spinach, and another egg. This way I reduce the amount of carbs, and bump up my protein intake and I get two breakfasts out of one sandwich! Or if you're having one of the pizzas, throw a little salad in a bowl to go with it. Believe me, you don't have to "starve" on SB and you can always do a shake if you're just super hungry...they're filling and not too many calories. Don't give up - just get creative and make it work for you. Finally, as far as the cost of SB- I am spending about $350/month on it but I was spending that amount anyway, and on food that wasn't good for me and that was also making me fat. May we all continue on in our "battle of the bulge" until we achieve victory! Onward fellow soldiers - never surrender!!

I have bad knees, so I was worried at first that that would hold me back, but from the very first workout, the coaches showed me alternative exercises that were better on my knees. They also really watched my form and and told me when it was time to add more weights, and/or try an exercise that was a little more challenging, once I got the less challenging version down. My knee pain has decreased immensely since I started! I have become so much stronger in so many ways. The whole atmosphere here at the gym is amazing. The coaches, fellow members and challengers- they are all so encouraging. It's like we are all family. This is probably my most favorite thing about this place. It makes me want to come back each day. I reached my goal with this 6 week challenge, and I am going to continue on to the next challenge! I am so excited to continue my fitness journey here at 3D!

I came to an orientation to find out about a 6 week 20 pound weight loss challenge & walked away intrigued & curious. I was told by the owner Blair Baxter, in the orientation that the challenge would challenge me but the results I desired were attainable. Blair said if I simply FTDI (follow the darn instructions ), I would succeed. I decided to try the challenge & the gym and see what would happen. I must admit, as a person who has joined gyms in the past, hired personal trainers, and been on multiple diets, I was somewhat skeptical. I decided it was time to try this fitness challenge and see what the end result would be. Well I have attended 3DFitness since June 2014 and have lost 88 pounds in a years time. I did not starve myself but COMMITTED to working out 4-5 days a week while eating smart. Eating smart simply means I made a conscious choice to eat move vegetables, less fat & sodium. I worked hard to change myself from the inside out. I came because I wanted to transform my body, but stayed because of the family like environment. The trainers at 3D are PHENOMENAL! The trainers are knowlegable, encouraging, motivating & inspiring. Please don't misunderstand, in no way are the trainers push overs. The same trainers are challenging teachers who instruct you while teaching you to move past your comfort zone. I am working on hitting a 100 pond goal. From this eperience I developed a new mantra, " I Am In It To WIN IT, BETTER HEALTH"! If you are ready for a change that will be lasting, come che k out 3DFitness.
