I know that California water is considered hard to very hard. however, this company provide water quality worst than previous year! Los Angeles, has a water hardness average of 127 PPM And This company provides 292PPM hard water. "Among them a good percentage consumes hard water, which is considered to be a significant etiological factor around the globe causing many diseases such as cardiovascular problems, diabetes, reproductive failure, neural diseases, and renal dysfunction and so on." https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3775162/

WOW. GET IT TOGETHER SUBURBAN WATER. This is for a commercial account in case you're wondering. First of all, it's terrible that you can't choose your water company because if we could.. Suburban would occupy the last space on my list. I spoke with about 4 different people there. Everyone disagreeing with the previous person. God..it was incredibly frustrating just getting our commercial building meter reduced. I was given conflicting information from rates to smallest meter size with each phone call. I would estimate it took over a dozen calls to get anything done. This added unnecessary stress to our already stressful situation of moving our entire operations from Bellflower. May Gloria - advised 5/8 is the smallest meter June Vanessa - 5/8 is smallest meter. $12.81 service charge + $2.50 cubic Laura - 3/4 is smallest. $19.21 service charge + $2.44 and tells me she's not in customer service...? I don't get it.. Which dept am I talking to then?? Laticia - same day I called Laura above Laticia advises 3/4 is smallest at $19.21 + $2.50. I request tariff/rate sheet, She sends me residential only. I request commercial again. She sends the me the photo I attached. Laura - advised my coworker she could have the field rep contact him the next day. No one called, and when I called I was told he would contact us in several days, then a week, then several days. She said I could not contact him directly when I inquired for his contact info. I waited a week, and called her. She called the field rep Phillip who told her we'd have to get a plumber to reduce the house line, we would have the water turned off, etc and she came to me and said "we can do it no problem" WITHOUT any further details. Naturally when I got the call from Phillip with all the details, I was really upset. Phillip spoke to Laura and helped us out big time. He was really the only truly helpful person I will give full credit to. When I asked him about how we waited a week and was denied his contact info he said he was waiting on engineering to get back to him and gave me his number straightaway. July I just got a call from Laura saying they indeed offer 5/8 for commercial. When I asked her why there was so many conflicting answers, she said there was no tariff available for 5/8. (Check out a form I received from Suburban listing the tariff and rate in June) which they conveniently told me that day, was not offered anymore. Field tech came out same day and when I asked him about it he said they don't offer 5/8 but is only doing it on request and that they're phasing it out. You can imagine my frustration...Unless they start putting themselves in the customers shoes and really making strides in consistent training/manuals, this company is going to offer the same bad service.

Amazing! I was able to call and get an appointment within a couple of days (they had sooner…read moreavailability, but I had to wait for the weekend). Drop off was super easy- left my car around 9am and was able to pick it up at 1pm. I had just been camping and so I knew I had a decent amount of sediment inside. On the inside, you can purchase car cleaning supplies which was really cool. After the detail, my car looked nearly new! There was a lot of discoloration from my repeated sunblock use and they were able to remove it all. I requested the CPR detail package, which was $180, and it was so worth it! The interior and exterior were well taken care of and I was given a 40 minute heads-up call for when the car would be done. This gave me plenty of time to head over since I live out of town. This is exactly the reset my car needed. Will definitely be back!

Every other businesses' response boiled down to, "bring your car in and we'll look at it." The old entrapment model of auto detailing. Where they're counting on you not having the willpower to leave if the work has already begun. Luke at StreamDrive was able to accommodate my current situation and offered to swing by and see the condition of my car in-person and provide the quote. By default, that's 5-stars "above and beyond" service. I want to recommend his business to people for life! My Honda C-RV needed prep for resale. StreamDrive really went in and did some disinfecting, were able to remove lingering odors, got the leather restored, restored the headlights, and even performed a trim restore so this 2013 car looks really fresh! I wasn't expecting to write a review for this auto detailing service, so I don't have any "before" photos. I'm sorry about that, it's not an ideal situation for a glowing restoration review. I'm not so comfortable sharing pictures of my personal vehicle in the first place, you know what I mean? My pics just look like a super clean car. You can't tell it was ever damaged! $400 all-in inside-and-out restoration, under the hood, even buffing out some minor scuffs and scrapes it looks like, as well as painting/restoring the sun-faded plastic panels all around the vehicle: that's a value. No gap left untouched, unlike a drive-thru detailing service. I'm getting return on investment and then some because I'm now able to sell at top dollar private party fair market value.

This was my first time visiting the Covina Library, and honestly, I'm conflicted because there are…read moreso many things done right here, yet one major issue overshadows the entire experience. As a Covina resident, I didn't even realize this library existed, since I usually go to West Covina, and more recently my favorite has been the Diamond Bar Library because of its overall standards and upkeep. From what I understand, this library is city owned rather than a county library, and unfortunately I think that's where the responsibility lies. The moment you walk in, the smell is overwhelming. Not subtle, not something you get used to after a few minutes, but truly unbearable. It honestly reminded me of walking into an abandoned home, which is shocking considering how lively and community focused the space actually is. I tried to push through it, hoping it would fade, but instead it gave me a headache, which was really disappointing. Layout wise, this library has so much potential. You walk in and there's a community area to the right, restrooms nearby that were clean but clearly very small and in need of updating, and a book section where you can purchase books, which is a nice touch. The librarians' main desk sits to the left, and the high ceilings immediately stand out in a good way. There's a children's section, computers in the center, and overall the space feels open. I was initially unsure where to go, but I was so grateful to find a designated reading room. That alone is a huge plus. Unlike West Covina, which can get quite loud, the librarians here do an excellent job maintaining a quiet and respectful environment. They whisper, they're attentive without being disruptive, and they clearly care about preserving the purpose of a library. There are plenty of outlets, and the reading room is thoughtfully placed so you're not constantly distracted by foot traffic or noise. What makes this even more frustrating is that this place could easily be a gem. The reading room has windows facing outside, so you still get natural light and that sense of being connected to the outdoors. There's even a patio area and a citrus tree right out front, which gives the space so much charm. The setup is fantastic, the staff is great, and the intention is there. It just desperately needs renovation. I truly believe more people would use this library if it felt more inviting. City of Covina, if you're reading this, please address the smell. Whether it's the carpet or something deeper, it needs attention. This library has so much going for it, and with some proper updates, it could easily become one of the best community spaces in the city. Unfortunately, this was my first and last time using the library. I hope the next time I visit is when it's a grand opening after renovations.

The inside feels a lot bigger than what it seems, which I love! A few remarks is that not all tables have an outlet accessible and the wifi itself could be a little bit stronger. Other than that, a wonderful library to experience and support!
