The plumber seemed to be having problems unclogging the drain, so he started to snake through the sink. As I'm sitting in my dining room I hear a loud rattling sound in the ceiling and water starts pouring through the ceiling fan. I yell to the plumber that I think he broke a pipe. He tried cleaning it up, apologized profusely and told us that we wouldn't have to worry about anything and that they would take care of everything, then left hastily. Fast forward to today, 4/10/23 and we haven't had a functional shower and sink in our upstairs bathroom since Drain Fly broke whatever they broke. The owner is trying to shirk responsibility by saying it is an old house and the pipes were old (which is speculation). If that was a concern though, I'm curious why they wouldn't have utilized their advertised video inspection services to insure that they would not damage anything. At the end of the day, they caused damage in this house, have caused a serious inconvenience and are not willing to make it right while trying to avoid responsibility. As a kicker, the website lists that they a veteran owned business. As a veteran and small business owner, I find the way this company operates to be a discredit to veteran owned small businesess and I will be contacting the VOSB department to have them remove this illegitimate accreditation from their website until they go through the proper channels of verification for a VOSB emblem. TLDR: They'll break your stuff, avoid responsiblity and then ghost you.

Recently I had concerns about my plumbing system coming into the house and I called Jennings for an…read moreinspection before I left on vacation. Guy comes out, looks at the setup while standing 3 feet away and says it is good. He did not check the main water line for cracks or looseness, he did not manually check the clamps for tightness, and he really didn't do anything. $100 for that call. Fast forward a week (and I'm now on vacation) and I'm informed my garage has water seeping from under the garage door. Yep, a loose fitting came apart and water was running freely for a couple of days. My daughter came over and shut the pump off. Called Jennings and they sent a guy over to reconnect what they failed to secure (in my opinion). What a mess I found upon my return. They are unwilling to help with repairs after sharing my concerns and shock. So to you my friends, think on these set of facts before calling.

I then made contact with female again, advising of no show no call, and she would call me back. Gave her another full hour to provide me with a status and was sent to voicemail. Voicemail stated they would return my call promptly within 15 minutes and I was instead sent a text saying the same tech from earlier was just now enroute. Then I found other various reviews online also having the same communication issues that I am experiencing. Time is of the essence, and not calling nor showing up for an appointment is further waste of time. I would certainly NEVER refer anyone to Lehman Drain, nor would I recommend anyone even bother calling them for any type of service. Over promise way under deliver.
