This was, by far, the single best experience I have had with a tradesman after 20 years of owning homes across the country. Our plumber (Shane) was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and fair in his assessment, quoting, execution, and follow-through with a complex issue. He truly went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and long term success. He single-handedly has ensured we will be using plumbing911 for any and all future plumbing needs. I cannot stress to the management at Plumbing911 what an asset Shane is to the organization! read more

We couldn't have asked for better service from Adam! He came out on a Sunday morning when our basement was backed up! We had a tree root ball that was the problem! We had him also replace our hot water heater. We couldn't have asked for a more polite, professional person to take care of us! He also found where our drain was in the side yard for us! It's been approx a couple of months now and no more issues! Thanks Adam for your excellent service! PS there was another gentleman here too for a bit but we don't remember his name! He was also very professional! Highly recommend this company and especially Adam! Marsha and I both thank you! Also the price was not any higher for being on a Sunday! Well worth it! read more

They charged $688.00 to Hydro our lines they were here for 1 hour and it was getting dark so they said they would come the next morning to finish. They came next morning and said they needed to charge me again another $688.00, I couldn't believe it, I said you didn't finish the job, he called his manager and said we will charge you half, I said no, he called his manager again and said we will charge you every half hour starting at $350.00 and he said they were there last night for 1 hour 40 minutes and I said no they weren't I have them on my camera they were here 58 minute. I told them to leave. It really felt wrong! I will not recommend. They never finished the job they were paid to do. Allison Wojno read more

When we found ourselves with raw sewage filling our basement last week, we called 911. Plumbing 911. Plumber Shane is my new favorite person. He handled our situation with professionalism and care, and was able to fix the problem for a reasonable rate. He brought his guys out twice and they, too, were professional and efficient. Thank you, Shane, Keith, and the crew, for taking good care of us. read more

Starting with the positive, they were on time and the technician was very professional. My gas valve was changed quickly, correctly, and the same day I called. This was after calling 3 other plumbers who were much less responsive. Service is 5 . The cost however is quite high. I paid almost double what the service should have cost. So cost is probably 1 to an average of 3. I would consider using this company again but not as a 1st option. read more

Dennis was very quick, polite and thorough. He was able to unclog our toilet in less than 30 minutes. I reached out to plumbing 911 through the Yelp app and received a reply and an appointment date within the hour. Very pleased with my overall service. I hope to not need them again but if I do they will definitely have a return customer. read more

I contacted Plumbing 911 because I had a pretty severe blockage under the foundation of my house. They were prompt, which was appreciated, but after they cleared the main problem they poured some of the sewage that spewed out of the main stack back into our toilet in the basement. This caused an absolute disaster and ruined the entire basement bathroom. They also had to remove the toilet and I was charged for that, to make matters worse they used my shop vac for clean up, which I can no longer use. Update: The owner ended up contacting me and explained that they dispose of excess sewage this way, I wasn't aware that this is protocol. They ended up apologizing and refunding me the toilet removal and reset to make up for my shop vac being scrapped and explained generally their staff is properly equipped. I appreciate that they followed up and tried to rectify the situation, hence why I decided to update my review and my rating. read more

I called about noon to schedule a water heater repair. Karen told me tech would be out between 1 and 3 that same day and it would be $89.00 for them to come out. Just after 3:00 Karen calls back to tell me the tech is running late and would be there within the hour. Frustrating but understandable. That isn't all though. Before hanging up Karen asks some basic questions: Brand of water heater? Gas/electric? Age of water heater? By the time it is all said and done, they are quoting me a ("ballpark") price on a new heater at $1,200.00! And this was before they even looked at mine!? Seems to me that they could have asked those basic questions BEFORE hours were wasted waiting on a late tech! Then to rub salt in the wound i was quoted over a thousand "ballpark" dollars without even looking at mine? And about the $89.00 to come out and look at my heater? That would have been discounted from the bill if they had done the work. But if they didn't do any repairs/replacement i still owed the $89.00. Yet their web page clearly states "free estimates" & "no trip/travel charge" I think this is right up there with some of the most shady business practices! Buyer beware!!!!!! read more

They took care of my problem rapidly and reliably, just as promised. They were able to diagnose the issue and the technician they sent was very responsive and answered all my questions. At a time when I really needed service quickly, they got the job done and I appreciate that read more

Plumbing911 made it easy to setup and appointment at a time that fit my schedule. They were on time, did a great job, and it didn't take forever to do the repair. There was no fee for just showing up to give an estimate like other places. They were also cheaper than other recommendations and they even had a coupon on the website I was able to use so I had them do the work right then. I would definitely call them in the future if any plumbing issues come up. Thanks!! read more

Worst experience ever. Please do not let these clowns ruin your day like they tried to mine. I made a appt for a water heater issue 24 hrs in advance. The time window was 12-2pm. Shane texted at 11am and said he was on his way. I replied "Ok". 15 min later a imbecile named Brandi called and said they wouldn't be coming until later. I let her know that someone took off work and would be there the rest of the day & they are a decision maker. 3 hours later she calls and said they have to reschedule to tomorrow. Super lame and ended up costing me time and money. Also, the big boss Keith is too big time to talk to his clients. read more

Just a note, look at the paperwork you sign with this company. You are responsible if the plumber loses any equipment that means the inexperienced plumber or rep will force you to pay the cost of their inability to perform professionally when working on your home with 911's equipment . read more

I have used this company multiple times. Every person that has been to my home has been kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They solved the issues I've had accurately the first time, every time. I had a mishap with a DIY plumbing attempt and was thrilled with Plumbing 911. Called on a Sunday and talked with someone right away. They showed up on time, the plumber was very helpful, explained clearly what he was doing, finished quickly, and the service was very reasonably priced. They'll be getting more business from me in the future! read more

Too be honest I would give 4 maybe even 5 stars if the cost of cleaning my drain wasn't 2.5 times what other companies charge. I always try and give everyone a fair chance so that is why I am giving two stars. They were an hour behind schedule but in this day an age I expect no less because in these types of businesses it is hard to keep a schedule because you are forecasting times on previous jobs. I won't hold the company at fault for that. The technician was courteous, professional and promptly did his job which is appreciated. The scheduler was also professional. I will take some of the blame for not requesting a quote but I needed something to happen in a decent time frame while someone could be home. I wouldn't think anyone would price gouge like this but lesson learned. Bottom line is they provide a good overpriced service. Unfortunately I will use someone else next time. read more

They put in the wrong size pipe and couldn't decide if there would be a charge to fix their mistake. They finally fixed it days later which caused a delay in getting my drywall put back in. I would not recommend this company. read more

I had a drain that had given me trouble about 8 months prior that ended up w/me having to rent a rooter machine and routing out a long, horizontal pipe about 35 feet long. It had taken hours to do,and now, this time around it was late in the day, I was beat from a day of classes, and other errands, and I didn't want to have to deal w/renting a machine, returning it, etc. So I chose Plumbing 911 off of Yelp reviews. The woman who took my call was very polite and personable, and had me scheduled for an appointment a few hrs later in the evening, as well as gave me price structures. Rob came right on time, and even though I could tell he had had a very long day, he was polite, knowledgeable, and reaffirmed what the cost would probably be, barring anything unforeseen. He made quick work if it all and was in and out in under an hour, with the cost being even a bit less than I though it'd be. And even gave me some further tips to help keep the drain open. Professional outfit all around, wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend to friends and family. read more

They charged me $89 to come out and tell me something I already knew; and they considered that their "diagnostic". I basically told the guy what the problem was as soon as he looked at my sink. Then they tried to up-sell me on a new faucet ($500) that wasn't nearly as nice as the one I currently have, and not even the same finish (that would have been an extra $60+). Then they gave me homework to call Moen to get information about the new part and had me even order it myself. They did absolutely nothing. This plumber is just plain bad on all fronts. read more

The staff was friendly and reviewed all the water damage. He made suggestions and connected me to a good cleanup company.

If you have a need for a plumber, look no further; Plumbing911 will EXCEED YOU EXPECTATIONS. I needed a water heater replaced and I reached out to Plumbing911. I was greeted by a very pleasant and professional employee (Melanie). Melanie took my information, provided a quote for the job, and scheduled a call for 4 hours later that day. They called several hours later asking if they could come EARLY! Who has ever had that happen with a contractor? The plumber (Shane) called ahead to give his estimated arrival time. Shane was very courteous, professional, and took precautions to keep the house clean. He assessed the job and did a comprehensive job explaining what needed to be done and how long it would take. Shane's work and attention to detail was exceptional on our repair. The quality of his work showed great professionalism and pride in what he does. He represents his company and the trade very well. At the conclusion of his work, Shane was very diligent ensuring that the house was left as clean as it was when he arrived. A comment on price: many people will shop on price and price alone. And then they right reviews about what a poor experience they had. I selected Plumbing911 because of their very competitive price AND availability to perform the work on the day that I called. There was no "emergency" fees, no fuss, just a company that is incredibly customer-oriented. The whole experience, from beginning to end was exceptional! read more

What a great experience with Nick. They worked really hard and found the issue and resolved it. Thank you!

I called on Thursday (7/23) to have a gas line repaired. I had a leak, and the gas company disconnected the line, but I needed a repair and an air test before the gas company would restore service. I called 911, and they were able to come out the same day; however, they told me they would be there between 11-1 and did not arrive until 3:30. Once there, the quote I was given was $700! Although, the guy did say if I couldn't get anyone else to do the work for less than $500, he would do it for $500. Needless to say, I did not have any work done. The next day, I had another company come out, and they completed the work for $83. What a bunch of quacks! read more

I had a sump pump failure after a heavy rain. The technician came out the same day and installed a new pump with and a new check valve. The cost was over $600 dollars! which I though was excessive. The Liberty 1/3 hp pump could have been purchased for $137 online with free shipping. I could have also got a new check valve from Lowes or Home Depot. I have hired plumbing 911 many times over the past 9 years for jobs as easy as removing a clog, to as complex as a bathroom remodel, and a tankless water heater. Their customer service is first rate - they get you in quickly, have a large and friendly staff, do the job the first time, and are competitively priced. They are not the cheapest, but they are the best value as they guarantee their work, and are not a fly by night operation. They are a small family business that has grown because they are excellent at what they do and treat people fairly. The last two plumbers that worked on our house were Chuck and Shane. They are both excellent people who I trust to have in my home, and are super diligent and reliable people. Plumbing 911 goes above and beyond to make an unpleasant experience as pleasant as possible. I heartily recommend them ! read more

While the repair was done efficiently and the Plumber was very courteous, their charge was outrageously high. When I received the quote for a new water pressure regulator as well as overflow tank for the hot water heater he stated it was a 2-3 hour job so I was too taken back by the $580 estimate for everything including parts - I thought it was somewhat on the high range but not worth shopping for other quotes. He was done in 45 minutes! My attempt to contact them about the charges went unanswered. Stay away from these guys!! Wish I read some of these other reviews before I contacted them. Plumbing 911 was the perfect choice for my plumbing needs! We had two separate clogs in our plumbing and a pipe that needed replaced. I called Plumbing 911 and they were able to get me scheduled asap! I love the fact they are open 24/7. The day of my appointment my technician was running slightly behind due to his morning appointment. Plumbing 911 was courteous enough to call me and inform me of the situation, they even offered to reschedule if I preferred. It was nice to be informed and not just sit and wonder when they were going to show up. My technician, Rob, called not too long after to let me know he was on his way. When Rob arrived he was very polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. He walked me through every step and made sure I was well informed. I had also recently purchased the home and was fortunate enough to have a home warranty. Rob was gracious enough to work with the home warranty company to ensure I would be reimbursed for the work that was done. The price was extremely fair and the work was done promptly and professionally. I was even given a 30 day warranty and Rob assured me if I had any further problems to just give him a call and he'd come right back out. Being a new home owner and having plumbing issues so soon can be very scary but Plumbing 911 put our mind at ease and took great care of us. I would highly recommend Plumbing 911 and I know I will be using them for any future plumbing needs. Make sure you check out the coupon section on their website as well for further savings on their already great prices. Thank you Plumbing 911 and a special thanks to Rob for taking such great care of us, it's truly appreciated! read more

Beware - not reliable or honest! what a horrible experience! rescheduled twice for an emergency Sunday call only to no-show at the end of the day.
