Amazing providers from the staff to the docs; and they have very convenient hours. They were able to fit both my kids in same morning for some vaccines. We recommend all new families to them! read more

My young kids have been going here for 2+ years now. We see Dr. Hall who is always so thorough and helpful with breastfeeding questions. We also have seen Dr. Ayer's, Dr. Raths, and the NP. We get same day appointments always, even on Saturdays or in evenings. When we weren't even patients yet, the on-call doctor on theid after hours number helped us through triple feeding my newborn and called me every few hours to check in. Love this practice! read more

at one of my daughters appointment, the nurse pricked my daughters hand while administering an immunization, she did not apologize or offer to clean or dress her hand. then proceeded to avoid my daughters father an I as we left. then we got my daughters records back so we could switch drs and they have it in her records that she had a tongue tie. SHES NEVER HAD A TONGUE TIE! we were never informed of one and my daughters tongue is completely normal. there's NO reason it should be in her records. do not take your children here. read more

I'm not sure where the bad reviews are coming from as we've been coming to Suburban Peds for 6 years and EVERYONE has always been fantastic. I'm also a foster parent and they have seen almost every child I've had. they are kind, professional and great with kids. Dr Allison is our fav but if she's busy we have no problem seeing anyone else there. I highly recommend this office as I can't give enough positive praise. read more

RUN AWAY BEFORE CONSIDERING THIS PLACE!! On Friday, March 8th, we took our 9 month old to Suburban Pediatrics and saw Dr. Allison. We were extremely upset and dissatisfied with her bedside manner. She was rude and should not be allowed around children or their parents. Amelia presented with symptoms of Croup and it was decided at the end of the appt that she did indeed have a moderate/severe case of Croup. My husband and I asked what exactly could be done to alleviate her symptoms and make her more comfortable - at this point, she was consistently coughing, excessively, drooling, and not eating. We were basically told it just has to run its course and they wouldn't be doing anything else for us. We left since there was nothing they would do but were not happy about it. Later that evening, Amelia still wasn't eating, coughing, and drooling - same exact symptoms as earlier that day at our appt. We called the after hours # and were told that based on the symptoms (again, same symptoms we had at 1PM), we needed to call 911 and get her to the hospital. We called 911, paramedics arrived, and that because of the excessive amount of drooling (experiencing same symptom at 1PM), she needed to go to the hospital. At this point, it's 11:35 at night, our daughter is sick, exhausted, and absolutely miserable. We arrive at the hospital and upon seeing the on-call doctor, it was decided in less than a minute that she had croup (we already knew this) and she needed a steroid. The doctor in the emergency room was beyond shocked that Amelia wasn't given a steroid at her appt earlier that day. It was said to us that if Amelia would have had the steroid at her initial appt, we wouldn't have had to go to the hospital and it's extremely likely that she would have been feeling way better at the end of the day. Not only that, but we wouldn't have had to pay a $350 co-pay. And our infant would not have had to go to the hospital when she should have been at home, comfortably asleep. We are beyond upset and disgusted with how Suburban Pediatrics handled our 9 month old's medical care. When I then called the doctor office to discuss our concerns, they refused to take any responsibility. They are adamant that they did nothing wrong - they are right about one thing... they did NOTHING. RUN AWAY if you are considering this joke of a place as your pediatrician. read more

I have been very disappointed as a whole and find that this practice sub-par. I had a abuse situation that should have been hotlines for my child but instead got a referral. The referral was shocked that a mandated reporter would fail to do the right thing. I have been in the office to update shots for My kids. These appointments are nurse appointments and a full exam is not needed. However, when we get To the office we are met with nurse practitioners who want to do a full exam and ask what issues they are having. My response, these are healthy kids, we just need the shots that are scheduled. Each visit we get a different medical personnel, and apparently they don't read the chart because I have caught many mistakes. I can only imagine the mistakes made on other children whose parents are not trained to catch mistakes. read more

I found out after my son has been a patient here for 2 years that they decided they don't like our insurance. They can get a bill to me ASAP, but the excuse they used for not informingme? "it must have been lost I'm the mail". Like a deadbeat parent excuse. So, now my kid is sick, has vaccinations coming up that we now have to scramble to find a new dr 1 hour before a scheduled appointment. Absolutely disgusting. Pure greed. They will sell you out for a buck. Don't go here. Find someone ethical and not so greedy. read more

I should have posted this review about a year and a half ago, when my niecee came to visit from NC and Dr. Ayers and Nina provided exceptional care for her. She was having an asthma attack and she hadn't been diagnosed with it. We left the zoo and drove to Creve Couer because of my god sister, Nia, requested that we come to her office. The staff is awesome and they called Mercy to let them know we were on our way. So that the hospital could provide proper treatment to Journey. She is now 2-1/2 yrs old with a super sassy personality and great bill of health. (Except for the asthma part). If it weren't for my god sister recommending them and the superb staff I don't know what would have happened. So another scary incident happened, but this time it was my own baby! Jase is 19 months and is displaying almost the same problems Journey had just a year ago. Freaking out I call Suburban Pediatrics. They told me to come in immediately. I called at around 12:45 by 12:50 I was told to come now. Dr. Becky and Nina took awesome care of Jase. She is much better today! My child has been seen by all of the doctors at Suburban Pediatrics. All of them are super nice and caring to the parents and children. The staff is awesome and I feel I owe them my life for helping and taking great care of my baby! We love you guys! Thanks sooo much! read more

The staff is very very rude, unaccomodating and unfriendly. You would think people that work around children would be more kind and helpful but not this staff. Run away and don't register your child as a patient here! I've been turned away for an appointment for my sons 3 year check up that they told me wasn't scheduled at all. The receptionists seem to hate their job and they make sure you're aware of it. Save yourself headache and trouble and register your child for a reputable, respectful pediatrician that has a better system of organization and customer service. Trust me. read more

We've been with Suburban Pediatrics since my daughter was born nearly eleven months ago and I don't think I could be happier with a pediatrician's office. 1. Getting into the office in the first place was simple: we just gave Dr. Ayers's name to the hospital and that was that. 2. My daughter was in the NICU for her first 8 days and a doctor from the office came to see her every day and spent time talking to my wife or I every day that we were present when they were there. 3. Every time we've been in for scheduled check-ups or because she's sick, the doctors, nurses, and reception staff has treated us like family. 4. I have called two weeks in a row on Sunday mornings. The first time, I called at 8:55 and they got us in the office at 9:30. The second time, the nurse answered every question that I had as patiently and thoroughly as I could have hoped. These were Sunday mornings! 5. We have seen Dr. Ayers (our primary), Dr. Sitrin, Dr. Quinn, and Dr. Murawski, as well as the nurse practitioner (whose name I've forgotten!), and we've been happy with all of them. Honestly, we've recommended this office to several of our friends because we trust them. And as a new dad, that's pretty much the biggest thing. read more

We have been with Suburban Pediatrics for 9 years. We see Dr. Murawski as our primary pediatrician but we have seen many of the other doctors in the practice as well as the NPs. In general we have always had a good experience. The one doctor I did not have a good experience with is no longer there. We can always get appts quickly for sick visits. They have evening and weekend hours as well which is wonderful. read more

I have been to both locations. I started at South County with Dr. Colleen Snow. We LOVED her. Unfortunately she decided to stay home after have 3 children in a short period of time. We haven seen both Dr. Kebler & Dr. "Steve" Walther. Both are great. Great hours (day, evenings, and weekends) I had originally wanted to change pediatricians do to a move but we have been pleased with Suburban and Pediatrics customer service of staff that we don't mind the drive. read more

I have been coming to Suburban pediatrics for 24 year. My youngest is now 18, and they are still as fabulous now as they were when Dr. Quinn wrote the orders for him to be released from the NICU when he was a newborn. I can't say enough good things about all of the Pediatricians, Nurse Practitioners, and nurses in this practice. They are always responsive and make sure that they can get you in for appointments when you needed it. I can't say how many weekends that I have been so grateful to be able to call and get seen by someone even on Sundays. read more

Great doctors,my kids love Dr. Ayers and Dr. Quinn,at least 8 years with Suburban Pediatrics. Never had any issues with billing until January, 2022. Billing department of Suburban pediatrics is very difficult to deal with . Claim for wellness check routine office visit was submitted to my medical insurance three times, because of incorrect medical procedures codes. I made three times three-way calls between Suburban pediatrics biller/coder representative, medical insurance company and me. Still issue with procedure medical codes was not fixed. Ms. Jones(Office manager) and Ms.Jenny (biller/coder ) and another billed(Tina,I think) - very difficult "professionals" to deal with, lack of patience. I am not coder or biller. It's not my job to call insurance company and ask what is correct code for medical procedure. I gave my phone number to Ms. Jones(Office Manager for Suburban Pediatrics at 63141 location), hopefully she will pass my phone number to the doctor and all billing issues finally will be resolved with supervisor. I will post update about my" billing journey " with Suburban Pediatrics (Creve Couer location). Hopefully billing issues will be resolved. Hopefully! read more

No new mother should have go through the horrible experience my daughter endured today after the long painful process of try to transfer records and get her babies into this office for their appointment! After she hand delivered the records to Suburban Pediatrics she was informed at the moment she walked in for the appointment that they never received her records!? They also claim they sent a letter and tried to call!? Do you honestly think she would have packed up those babies at 730 in the morning had she received a call or letter instead she got a glass window slammed in her face..Wow! Mind you before finally getting this appointment they called and rescheduled multiple times. Now the babies are behind on their shots which is another reason they used to not see the babies!? The rude and loud disrespect portrayed by these woman at this office was shocking and beyond unprofessional. My daughter did not deserve to be treated in such an arrogant and uncaring manor Shame on this practice and these women who think they can bully and demean a FIRST TIME mom and of TWINS no less, who is just simply trying to care for her babies and make sure they are healthy. RUN!!!!!!! read more

This is a rating based on horrible customer service I received from the blond receptionist in her early-mid 20s. I went in needing a simple signature on a form on a Saturday. This required no filling out and I even told her it could be signed by any pediatrician. She was completely rude, even after I told her how appreciative I was. Completely ignored me when I thanked her. I will not be taking my 3 year old back here, even after 3 years of being here. Get it together receptionist. I asked for a signature, not a 10 page form to be filled out. read more

Our four children have been patients at Suburban Pediatrics for the past 20 years. We have always received outstanding care! Dr. Quinn has been our pediatrician. She is highly skilled, caring and accommodating. Time and again, we have found the staff to be very helpful and good to our children! read more

My children have come here for close to 20 years. My daughter is 17 and my son is 23. While my son is no longer a patient, my daughter is regularly seen by Dr Sarah Ayers, Dr. Quinn, the Nurse Practitioner, and other Doctors at infrequent times. The staff has ALWAYS been helpful, kind, and accommodating no matter if it is an appointment or the occasional emergency. I have been so pleased with the care. I am so glad my daughter can be seen all the way thru college before giving her Pediatric office. The staff is phenomenal and will work with you as much as they can. I am very pleased with Suburban Pediatrics on Ballas Road. read more

Suburban Pediatric's is the best!! I'm a first time mom and frankly searching for a pediatrician was daunting almost to point of giving me anxiety. I called many places and had it narrowed down to 2. Went to meet them in person and Dr Mark Murawski was wonderful. His approach on pediatric medicine was exactly how we wanted to raise our child. Our child is now a year and a half and Dr Mark has been with us the whole time, giving us great advice and putting our minds at ease. read more
