He ordered his medium but it came out medium rare. He didn't want to send it back so he kept it. He doesn't care for the texture of mid-rare so it was a struggle for him to eat it. What made it worse was the gristle running through the whole steak. There's no reason for a quality ribeye to have gristle in it. Overall, the service was good.
