I took it to the store today and Robbie took an entire set of tuning pegs off a broken headstock and replaced the three tuners. Considering the circumstances, I applaud Robbie for his assistance and professionalism. Now, the bad. I called multiple times and sent an email hoping to resolve this problem without having to go to their physical store location (this is why I ordered online). Unable to speak with anyone, I felt it necessary to to go to their physical location. I asked Robbie if there was some way he could compensate me for my time and trouble. He declined saying that he could not authorize any compensation. My expectation would have been a free t-shirt, or maybe a set of strings, perhaps a few guitar picks, a discount on a future purchase - a small item of nominal value to their organization to keep a customer happy. Meh, it didn't happen. Probably won't do business here again. Oh, as an aside, this store is not open Saturday or Sunday...that makes it difficult for me to make it to this location during the week with traffic and where I work. I left work early to get to their location today.

I'm beyond blown away at Tom's professionalism and the quality for money…read more My company used this company for corporate promotional videos. The product that was delivered was phenomenal. I've worked with other freelancers who've charged much more for much more basic results. The best part of this experience was how easy Tom was to work with. During filming, he needed very minimal direction and it was obvious he understood our vision. He adapted so quickly and collaborated so well, he felt like an instant coworker more than a hired contractor. I trusted his judgment on editing, and that instinct was rewarded. I only had to give him a couple of revision notes, as he understood what we wanted to convey and delivered. The quality of the shots was gorgeous. Extremely polished, with multiple camera angles and shot styles. If you're looking for a quick turnaround time, keep in mind that this company tends to be in high demand and often has a full plate (a good sign) so depending on their workload, there may be a wait on editing. However, Tom carves out intentional time to focus on your project and gives it his full attention. Highly recommend!

Tom…read moreprovides excellent service, at a great value, and most importantly to us, is a genuinely great person to work with. Tom was always timely with his responses to us throughout the wedding planning process. When we had questions, Tom answered right away. When we couldn't make up our minds on what photographs to include in our shot list, Tom helped us right away. The planning process was one thing but the actual experience of working with Tom and Angel during the wedding day was such a great experience all on its own! There is so much going on the day of the wedding and so little time to do it. Tom and his staff were so helpful in getting us to the right places at the right times to make sure we got all the shots we wanted/needed. We appreciated his team's work and we also received great feedback from our wedding party and guests on how great it was to work with Tom and his team. One thing we also greatly appreciated about Tom is that he has so much experience, creativity, and vision that on the spot he found several great shots that we never would have thought of! Tom has a lot of experience in photography and it absolutely shows in the his service and the quality of his work. In short, we are extremely pleased that we hired Buckley Photo + Video and would recommend him to anyone!

I recommend Stephan if you are a total beginner and know nothing about the instrument because of how well he explains everything as well as an intermediate because he knows so many techniques and shows you how to apply them in your playing! He also accommodated my need for a mask being worn during the lessons, he is also very flexible with your schedule and will work out a day and time that is best for you.

After going through reviews I decided to give them a try and book for my shoot. Konrad answered my call and helped me to schedule a day. Nice and easy! I will definitely recommend Kotekonrad to my friends in fashion industry and everyone who will ever need high quality pictures! I got superb photos for an awesome rate. Love it!

These two are nice people BEFORE they get paid, but after you pay them, beware as you may not hear…read moreback from them. Read on and see my experience as I stand behind my review 100% and have all the communications to back it up. First, they lack the experience or infrastructure to make working with them a smooth process. It was very time consuming and difficult to get any results with them (if your time is NOT important to you, then they might be the right fit for you). The photos themselves were average in quality and creativity. I had my wedding early this spring but still have not seen the final edited photos. They took a few weeks after the wedding to get the photos to me, from which I selected some for final edits per their instructions. However, they expect you to jump back and forth between hundreds/thousands of photos to pick out the ones you like, while having duplicated photo numbers among the photos, which would have taken days. This was when I suggested that I drag the good photos into a separate dropbox folder for their edits. But because they didn't read my instructions or didn't understand the instructions, they kept going back and forth, to the point where I became so exhausted with their communication that I had to put them on the back burner for a while after I became pregnant. Meanwhile they kept bugging me for final payment, even when I did not have the final pictures and even when I did my part in clearly communicating up front that the process needed to be efficient. Fast forward to a couple months later when I paid them an extra $100 (at my own good will) to get things done right, they promised they would re-edit any photos necessary and they would deliver the final photo album thereafter. A few weeks ago, I contacted them because I had misplaced the USB they delivered of final photos and offered to pay them to drop off a new one, and I NEVER HEARD BACK. I also contacted them to get the photo album, which was part of the package I already paid for, and I NEVER HEARD BACK. In short, they believe in service BEFORE the sale and BEFORE they get paid. But after they got paid (and were treated kindly), they disappeared. I took off: -one star for wasting my time with an inefficient process -one star for taking extra money ($100) without delivering as promised -one star for not delivering the final photo album as promised -one star for taking very average photos and missing some key shots, such as any high-res shots of us saying our vows or kissing at the alter, or dips in our first dance (common sense). Total scammers based on my experience and again, I stand behind this review 100%.

On the day of, he did a fantastic job of coordinating with our photographer and managing to be is all the key places he needed to be. I don't know how he managed this! Paul got some amazing shots, but what was even more impressive is the post production work he does to overlay various audio elements from the ceremony and music choices. We gave Paul a list of half a dozen songs we love and ones that were featured in our wedding and he turned our film into a masterpiece. He was so incredibly creative with how he used our musical selection and I never expected how truly thoughtful his work would turn out. And to top it off, his pricing is extremely reasonable as well as his payment policies. Compared to all other vendors that basically make you pay for everything before you receive any services, his policies include a very logical payment schedule. The process was so fun and I would have never thought I would want to watch this film so much. I figured I would just have something nice to show years down the road, but the film really makes you want to re-watch several times and remember a day that can turn into such a blur. Personality-wise, Paul is very laid back and the easiest person to work with. Thank you thank you, Paul!!!! You are a master :) You better reach out before your date is booked up.

On the day of our event Matt got one of his employee's to drop the light off, set it up and show us how to use it. The reason that I only gave him two stars is because after the event it got very stressful for me. I understand that he is a busy guy and all, but he wasn't so professional in the end. We had a verbal conversation that he would have one of his employee's come and pick up the light on Monday from my work (our event was on Saturday) since it was so quick, I would keep the spotlight in my car and it was ok to let our receptionist know to tell me he was there to pick up the light when he called. After like a week.........he calls my work (I panicked and asked him to please not call my work, it is no longer ok) then I didn't hear from him again for a month! Yes a month AND he calls my work again and tells the receptionist he is on his way to pick up the light. HELLO, it's not in my car anymore, it's been over a month, it is now in my carport storage. Matt got really upset when I didn't have the light in my car, I told him I would do my best to get him to him, but I also work 7 days a week this month and need more than a day notice if you now want me to bring it to you. I guess my frustration is, if you are too busy to deal with the little guys, then don't deal with us, but don't be rude and demanding when you call me a month later expecting me to have it in my car still. Then hang up on my and tell me you are going to take me to small claims court. REALLY? I don't want your light. I had to turn him over to a friend (A guy who Matt couldn't bully). So, he was nice and helpful, but his busy schedule made things a bit un-organized when it was time for the pick up, all for a single spot light. Sure hope he doesn't treat his employee's like he does his clients when they don't do things his way. I would say use him, just have good boundaries and get things clear because I think he over books himself and he has an accent too which makes him a little hard to understand.
