The job has always been done as though he's doing his own vehicle. If you take the time to talk with him he's extremely knowledgeable about the products used and the process provided. I've had the ceramic coating, windows tinted, and the PPF protective layer done in the past. Currently I stick with the monthly wash package which makes my car and truck look showroom new each time I have the wash done.
