THE BEST!! I would see Dr. Dave again, again, and again! I changed doctors in need of someone with…read moreknowledge AND care as I was 36 with PCOS and deperate for answers about my fertility and how to go about starting my family. He heard my concerns, set me up for success in many ways, and gave me confidence that I was not at all "too old" to have a positive experience and outcome. I suffered a miscarriage and his response in that phone call in the middle of the night was like a warm hug... and exactly what I needed. Fast forward, I had 2 perfect babies under his care (37 and 38 years old), 2 excellent C-sections, and support postpartum. I got to see him at every check-up, each being a minimal wait. Dr. Dave listened and gave just the right amount of information. He sent me to specialists at different offices when needed, even as a "just in case." I am SO thankful for Dr. Dave and his excellent staff. It was the experience I hoped for and more.

Dear Dr. Dorough, As…read moreI fight back tears, it's with a heavy heart that I write to you. I saw you back in January of this year after a long 2023 filled with missed periods and other symptoms. Like other doctors before you, you brushed off my concerns. Although you were not accepting patients, I desperately pleaded with your staff to find a doctor who would listen and care rather than apply quick fixes. You were quick to diagnose me with PCOS, but when I asked about checking my fertility further, you declined. You reassured me that, at 32 years old, I had nothing to worry about and that many women have children well into their 40s. You offered birth control to help regulate my periods. Despite my requests, you only conducted basic lab work that did not include fertility testing. By June of this year, I sought another opinion from an OB/GYN who checked my AMH, revealing it was 0.03. Just this July, I saw a reproductive endocrinologist who confirmed I have Primary Ovarian Insufficiency and diminished ovarian reserve, with only three eggs left. I am devastated. I hope no other women enter your office seeking answers on fertility only to be denied and brushed off due to their age. Since January, I have lived with false hope, believing my numerous symptoms were merely due to stress and PCOS, though I now know I don't have PCOS at all. If only you had listened to me back in January and just ordered fertility labs, which would have cost you nothing, perhaps I could have preserved more of my fertility. You hindered my chances of having children by denying my request. I hope no other woman experiences this at your hands. I hold you personally accountable.

This rating is specifically the providers in the office…read more I want to call out that the office staff here are some of the rudest people I have interacted with in a medical setting. If it wasn't for Dr. Kopacz, I would not be at this obgyn. She cared for me when I was delivering my son in 2024 and a few days later when I developed postpartum preeclampsia. Her care was so influential in how I recovered after delivery. And I am so grateful for her. Now for the office staff, for my first appt, I arrived at the wrong location and instead of letting me know I was at the wrong office, they berated me that I was too far away to make it to my appt time and they would cancel my appt. Understandable that they needed to cancel the appt, but I didn't need to be berated for this happening. After rescheduling for the following month, I arrive to another office staff member (long black hair & glasses) who already had a chip on her shoulder. She gave me quite a bit of attitude when telling me that I was considered a no-show to my previous appt and I would be charged $50 if I did that again. Well obviously I didn't intend to be a no-show and they knew that because she said "you went to the wrong location or whatever." All in all, these women working the front desk seem to really dislike their jobs. If you attend this office, just try to ignore the rude staff so you can be seen by a very caring provider!

I was referred here by my regular doctor when we found out I was pregnant. Over the course of my…read morepregnancy, I made it to every appointment and while the staff were nice enough, I saw a different provider almost every single time. I met with Dr Kopacz ONCE, in which she wasn't very encouraging and I actually left feeling scared and sad, worried that my high risk pregnancy wasn't going to finish the way we wanted it to. Since I saw different people each time, I really never felt a connection to the office or like anyone was really watching out for me. When I was 34 weeks pregnant, I had a stress test across the way at Dr Ladella's -- i really wasn't feeling it that morning and wanted to cancel, but decided to go anyway. I didnt feel like anyone at FWMG was really watching out for me, so it felt like easy to cancel, Well, its a good thing I did go in that morning because when I went there, they saw I had preeclampsia and immediately sent me to the Hospital side of things where I had an emergency c-section, performed by a completely different dr than Dr Kopacz. A couple of days later, FWMG called me to remind me of my regular upcoming appointment, to which I said they could go ahead and cancel, you know -- since the baby was already here. No congratulations, no concern, no follow up. They just told me to come in when I was released from the hospital and before we took baby home. I never, ever felt like I had a "care provider", it was just a regular drop in and get out kind of place. I never did talk to or see Dr. Kopacz after my delivery. When my baby was finally strong enough and almost ready to go home, I had a follow up at FWMG. It was halloween and my provider came into the exam room and was dressed like a pinata. She threw candy at me and my husband. Really. I get that holidays are fun and it could be a cute way to break the tension, but I just had a life threatening episode and a baby in the NICU -- it felt like nobody took any of my pregnancy seriously. Aside from all that, the billing department does some werid accounting which has lead to many, many issues with my insurance company, the hospital, etc. Very frustrating right after everything. We're 6 months out and I'm still fighting it out. Sigh. Dr. Kopacz very flatly told me this will probably be my only pregnancy, but if in the event its not -- I will for sure be looking elsewhere for care.

I also have seen Dr Pascual as well and she was just as attentive and on time. Unfortunately today I wanted news and to talk about the stuff that has been feeling really wrong during this pregnancy and I missed my appointment this morning with her but was eager to know what was going on and if it could be related to the high risk conditions I have. I saw Dr Victor Morales today and he was such a dick asked me questions and then interrupted me and assumed he knew what he was talking about obviously he hadn't read my chart and definitely did not show the level of care I had expected. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND MORALES AT ALL. Not to mention I also waited over 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment for him to give me nothing but 5 minutes of his time.

The wait is actually ridiculous. I've been coming to appointments for about 4 months now and each…read moretime I wait at LEAST an hour before being seen. My first appointment.. 3 hours long. I was probably seen for about 30 minutes in total.. this is very unprofessional especially because I'm sure most moms are either having to pay for a baby sitter during this time or also have a job to get to. It just shows they don't really care about their patients. I feel as though I'm authorized to say this because my prior OB (in another city but just as busy) never took more than 30 minutes, maybe an hour max. I had always received amazing treatment and he delivered my first with no issues. Additionally, I myself manage a medical office and I make sure the patients get in & out as soon as possible. That being said, treatment and appointments can be done without taking 1-3 hours to see your patient. Additionally, there was ONE day where my babysitter fell through. I decided to take my child with me to my appointment, which my child's behavior was actually very good for having to wait so long. I tried to call ahead of time but since my appointment was first thing in the morning, they had not been open yet. As I was leaving, the front desk lady asked me to give them a call to ask next time if I need to bring my child. I explained that I had tried but they were not open yet and it was last minute. She just repeated herself and said thank you.. I was honestly caught off guard. I don't really understand how you can be in OB care but not allow mothers to bring their children if they have no other choice. It's just so weird to me. I understand having a small waiting room, but it also seems that they over schedule anyways since it takes a minimum of an hour to be seen. Again, I'm just so shocked and disappointed in this practice. I wish I could do no stars but since there has to be the one, I'd say that goes to their ultrasound tech Trinity. She is literally what keeps patients coming back..

The exam rooms are large, clean and hygienic. My only negative with this visit was that my appointment was at 11:15. I do understand patient care since I myself am always running behind with my patient care load. I'm so glad that Shelley Ailanjian NP, brought it to my attention! Shortly after my consultation with the surgeon Anubhav Agrawal MD, they worked with my schedule & today I'm on the mend. The great care I received from the beginning continues to be the BEST. I was happy to receive a follow up call today, Dr wanted to make sure I was doing well ‍ I'm glad I trusted both Providers Shelley Ailanjian NP & Surgeon Dr Agrawl, they truly care about my health. I'm going into 2024 better than expected. Thank you to everyone on my team of care providers.
