When he asked for payment I discovered that they charged me $99 to install the fuel filter that I brought (which takes about 5 minutes). His manager refused to waive the charge. After I complained, he dropped the charge to $60. I'll never take any of my 3 vehicles back to this shop.

It felt "scammy" to me. I bought those tires just over a year ago and now I'm hesitant to go back to this location. I understand sales are important in that line of work but how quickly his tune changed was extremely gross to me. I have quite the drive everyday and a toddler often with me, it makes me question should the tire have been fixed or should I have had the warranty filled and new tires put on?
