My favorite was the coronation chicken, which I'd never had before (I don't think we have it in the States), but everything I tried was tasty and I'd be happy to have all of them again. The sandwiches are pretty reasonably priced at under £6, which is nice for an area where it's easy to spend the same amount on a cup of coffee and a muffin. I've always been in and out of the shop in just a few minutes, even when it's busy. Their prime lunch traffic seems to come around 12:30 and later; it was pretty empty the 1 time I went at 12. The cracklings were a nice addition and we enjoyed every bite of the sandwich and were even tempted to get a second, but we knew we didn't want to be too full as we continued our adventuring in the area. This Dirty Bagels is located in Smithfield Market and it was surrounded by a lot of other food and shopping options. They also have communal seating available right by the stand which makes it easy to stop and eat or take your sandwich on the go. This would be a must stop for me anytime I'm in the area.

This is a little unconventional - they offer it on a sandwich, but they also offer toasted bagels, so I took the initiative of combining the two and they were more than happy to oblige. You can have your eggs fried or scrambled, and I went with scrambled, but I definitely like that they ask (Birley's is only fried, Creed Lane Kitchen is only scrambled). They also asked if I wanted lemon juice and fresh black pepper on it, and of course I said yes! And this was all only £4. What a bargain. Then today, I went back and got the ham and cheese omelette on a toasted plain bagel. This also normally comes in sandwich form, but I really like their bagels, which are much closer to your standard bagels than the tiny things Birley's calls bagels. I didn't get a sauce with it, but the omelette was quite tasty on its own, and didn't really need seasoning. This omelette / bagel combination only cost me £3.80. I love this place already and can't wait to keep experimenting with custom breakfast options.
