Forty minutes later, not a single person approached me. No update. No "you're next." Nothing. Meanwhile, the barbers finished with their clients and then just stood around talking, cleaning their tools, and sweeping the floor. I waited another 10 minutes hoping someone would acknowledge me, but it was clear they weren't planning to take me at all. At this point, I realized you probably need to book online and give them your credit card ahead of time, despite the big "walk‑ins welcome" message.
