He was organized explained everything he was doing. He was honest about his findings and provided advice on future maintenance that will come up. He answered all of my questions. It was clear to me that Scott was not only there to inspect a property, but also had a genuine and sincere interest in making sure I fully understood what was involved in buying a home and being completely comfortable knowing that he made sure my family will be safe and worry free for years to come. He climbed on the roof like a ninja monkey, checked every gutter, window, and shingle. He went up in attic. He checked every plug, ran every appliance, filled tubs, ran sinks. Took pictures of everything and followed up the next day with a 24 page report He didn't rush or ignore a single question or concern. I was beyond satisfied with his work. First, he fit me in the morning after I called for an appointment. He was extremely thorough - taking a lot of time to examine every inch of the place. My fear was that an inspector may rush or miss something (which had recently happened to my brother) but that was not the case! In short, he really knew his stuff! And not only was he very knowledgeable in pointing out any issues, he also had great suggestions for solutions, both cheap short-term solutions and larger fixes down the road. I left with having a full understanding on the house for immediate decisions and shortly after had a full length report that I can use for my fixes. Plus, he was extremely friendly and a joy to chat with! I would 100% recommend Rich to everyone!

Provided us with explanations, pictures, and a detailed report of his findings. Took the time to thoroughly address all aspects of the home with an explanation of hazardous issues and how to fix them. This being our first home, he informed us of maintenance issues we would have to keep up on monthly or yearly such as air filters, hot water heater issues, humidifier care etc. Also, he ran all appliances through a recall database which helped us realize the dishwasher had a recall years ago. Very glad we had Don as our inspector. Worth every penny. In addition, the snacks he provided during the four hour inspection process was a pleasant surprise!
