I must have gone behind the paywall. When looking for a refund of this latest charge, I was informed that I'll have access to their terrible paper until 10/22. Won't refund $27, but they had no problem taking money with nary an email with a receipt. Their supervisor was completely useless on the phone. I hope they did a lot with the money that they pocketed from me and who know who else. Enjoy the money, your product is worthless. Funny how there's no Google listing to leave a complaint.

An option was checked by default and it was snuck into the design and because no one was expecting an extra logo to pop up, it got printed. When I noticed this extra logo and called them - they had a terrible attitude, saying most people prefer to have this logo inserted in their work and it's common practice for union printing companies to add extra logos when printing work by default and they've been doing that for 15 years. No remedy was offered and basically said if we want it fixed we would have pay for a new expedited order. If you don't want a printer to be adding their own logo as a default to your work - I would suggest you use someone else. - - - Giving your business negative feedback does not equate to anti-union sentiment please. What a joke. Who taught you how to respond to criticism? Netanyahu? When printers send back digital proof - people are typically checking for color, layout, cutoffs etc. People don't expect your PRINTER to be adding in extra logos to your design.

I'm always learning and enjoying something new each Sunday morning. It's not stuffy or overly pedantic, just lots of great music and a few words to provide context or spark interest. If you go to the website, there's a wonderful blog and interviews with some of the artists featured on Sunday Baroque. For example, my favorite performing group, Chatham Baroque, is recently including with a fascinating, in-depth interview. I can't fully express how much I love this show. Perhaps I'm spoiled by Sirius XM radio, no commercials ever, no annoying conversation by radio announcers who want to display their boring personalities and want to show how cool they are. I don't understand how and why terrestrial radio is still in business. I pay $100 a year for Sirius XM and get access to any musical genres I want period!!! IPeople get Sirius radio once for all !!!!
