I scheduled a hair appointment on Friday 24JUL while pointing at a price list. I wanted a wash and blow dry for short hair which was listed as 29.98EUR. The attendant scheduled me for Saturday 25JUL. When I arrived, I started my services and completed them in 1.5 hours. After being charged, I was charged for a wash, blow dry, and deep condition (that I did not request) for medium length hair that totaled over $60. I was told by the stylist that my hair was not considered short, as a bob. He pointed to a client with a pixie cut and said that's considered short hair. I paid and spoke with Claudia, the supervisor, more intently on the issue. Her hair length is the same as mine and I asked her if she considered herself to have medium length hair.. she stuttered and said "it's not short." I wanted to know from her where to leave a review and she told me, "upstairs somewhere but I don't know where it is." I recommend this salon confirm services with clients before the start of an appointment AND have a listed chart of what is considered short, medium, long, and extra long hair since that's what the prices are based on. I can share several photos that I found online that list short, medium, and long lengths and my hair fits into the short category. Even after showing Claudia these photos, I was dismissed. I would like someone to call me back. And I would like the requests above to be implemented for future client services. read more

I would leave 0 stars if I could. The situation was that my wife went in for balayage. The hairdresser ended up bleaching my wife's hair green. Then the manager came and screamed at the hairdresser in front of all of the customers and other staff members. In the end they just attempted to dye my wife's hair darker to cover the mistake. They still made my wife pay for the balayage attempt. At the very least they should have covered the cost of the balayage and the repair. This experience reflects a staff that is unprofessional, unfair, and incompetent when it comes to what the customer needs. Absolutely ridiculous! read more

I work night shift for the USAF I work from 11-7 After shift I'm very tired and this place dose not open until 9 The workers should accommodate for service members and open at 7 or 7:30 so military members like myself are able to get haircuts and go home to sleep These workers will not work until 9 on the dot Also they use harsh brushes that will scratch the fuck out of you head and you can see visible red lines on your head where the forced the sharp brush on your head Haircuts at BMT are more pleasant than here If anyone in control reads this What can you do to help service members and customers ? read more

I told them I needed my hair light brown natural. I ended up getting what the guy wanted which was black, worst he did half job since half my hair is still another color, he sent someone to mix more dye and now my face and neck is tainted black. He didnt even bother combing my hair before dying it, he dyed it and then overly trued to comb all the knots with hair dye out, worst migraine ever. Over $100 for something my kid could have done better. Dont waste your time with this facility not worth it. read more

I've been here about six or seven times and it seems that there is a 50/50 chance the stylist will ruin my hair. In fact, my hair is the shortest its been in four years due to stylists continuously trying to "fix" the mistakes of the previous one, resulting in them giving me a hair cut instead of the trims I never asked for. It's frustrating to know that my hair failing to retain length isn't actually the fault of my own, but the stylists' who work here. My highlights will look great (sometimes). But again, I'm not a fan of going to a salon and MAYBE liking my hair. There was a single time I walked asking for a lilac ombre (pictures given to stylist) and somehow ended up literal black/blue with her trying to assure me it will wash to lilac (plot twist: it didn't and required 4 color erasing treatments. Honestly, I truly wished I never gave this salon the benefit of the doubt and hope people will take this warning the look elsewhere. read more

Horrible experience. The woman that dyed my hair never asked me a single question about how I wanted my hair dyed. Not a single question about what tone of blonde I want. She gave me a yellowish blonde, which is not what I wanted. She made it look like her hair. Again, not what I wanted. Then at the end she told me the highlights were semi-permanent. WTF!! IF I WANTED DYE THAT WOULD WASH OUT AFTER A MONTH I WOULD HAVE ASKED FOR THAT! Now, 30 days later...not a single highlight! Not 1. Biggest waste of 90 euros I ever spent! read more

I was nervous to take the chance on this salon, but as soon as I walked in and showed them the color of my hair and asked if they could fix it, they got me an appointment in a matter of days. The color I finally got was perfect. It was exactly what I wanted. They got rid of the old color that I was unhappy with and gave me what I was truly looking for. While I was in there, there was another customer who was also extremely happy with her hair color and walked out with a new confidence.
