Microdermabrasion was amazing! I definitely recommend - she was knowledgeable, honest, and I felt like the quality was great.

I saw the other reviews but still decided to give this place a shot. I've been dying to try microblading and also lip permanent makeup for like ever. I checked out other places but I came here for a couple of reasons: - I like that they were close to my village. An eight minute drive from Mackenbach to a Ramstein village is not bad. - I appreciate them accepting credit card. Side note: my personal preference as I don't feel like pulling cash out when I can just pay easily with my card - the prices weren't bad. I'm assuming they were pretty good deals The owner was super nice and friendly. Talked through the process for my eyebrows. And my results were very satisfactory! I'm pretty pleased with my newly done brows! I also attempted the lip permanent makeup and not going to lie - extremely painful even after numerous numbing but lips look good post procedure. They were again easy to work with and I was able to bring in a VAT form and everything was just good. I seriously cannot complain. I had a package deal and was excited to relax for the day. Although the lady was late due to transportation delays, that's understandable and it's not why I'm giving a low rank. My primary complaint is my manicure was mediocre and I paid extra for schellac and it is already peeling and bubbling; I just left! Also the place is not very quite. While I'm getting a massage I hear a man asking 'where can I get a pack of cigarettes' and the other worker on the phone. It was very loud and I couldn't relax. The people were very nice though. The green peel (classic) was exactly what I was hoping for. I have been wanting a peel that evened my skin tone, reduced my pore size and make my skin smoother. I've been going to this place for about a year now and I've tried a few things and I unfortunately this place is a just okay. I only continue go here because there's only one lady that can get my panicures just the way I want them. But now since they have recently raised the prices that was my final straw and I haven't been back ever since. Staff- really friendly Mainis- not neatly done and chipping after a few days. Eyelash extensions - They came out clumpy and spider looking and fell off after a few days. The staff are not trained and do not have a license to apply lash extensions. The women admitted to me after she did mine that she just went to a seminar. Massage- wasn't terrible, but I didn't enjoy it either. I had to keep telling the lady how wanted her to massage me. Facial- my face was oily and greasy when it was over. Then they had the nerve to try to see me the product that they used. Ice wrap- I workout 4-5 a week and eat very well consistently. I did the Ice wrap 3 times and saw no difference they say that you're supposed to do it 4 times to see results but I doubt that one last session would make a big difference and even if I did and lost 1-2 inches, it's not worth it for 50€ a session. Pedicures- I get them done by Yoda she does an amazing job with French and she's really sweet so she's the one not reason why I come back read more

I came in with my daughter for a shellac manicure. The service was wonderful; however both manicures were not well done. The polish was applied too thick and although the manicure should have lasted 3 weeks, it was chipping and peeling off within 3 days. I went by 3 times during the hours posted that they were open and not once was anyone there. I ended up removing the polish on my own. read more
