Another thing that bothered me was the fact that I wasn't told that only cash was accepted on the phone nor before the massage. I had to go to the ATM down the street and the charge was high. I'm pretty pleased with my newly done brows! I also attempted the lip permanent makeup and not going to lie - extremely painful even after numerous numbing but lips look good post procedure. They were again easy to work with and I was able to bring in a VAT form and everything was just good. I seriously cannot complain.
