I was hurting for a massage and my German friend recommended this establishment. Finally decided to go on my day off since it's a few blocks away from my house. I called the day of and they were able to get me in the same day which is nice for people with a hectic schedule.
I walked in from the busy streets of Ktown and immediately felt calm. The interior is brightly lit and filled with lots of cool art pieces relating to peace. I was greeted and led to a dimly lit room down the hall filled with candles and decorations.
The room is dark enough to induce relaxation, but I kept hearing footsteps and weird noises outside that the music was not drowning out. As a matter of fact, I could barely hear the music. Also, instead of using blankets, they use medium sized towels to cover the massage bed and the client, and a few times I got pretty darn cold. However, I guess this is more sanitary because they probably wash it after every use (I hope). The thing that annoyed me the most though was the fact that the bed did not have a hole for your face when you lay on your belly! Instead, i had to switch my face from left to right which caused neck pain. I feel like my spine is out of place and out of equilibrium this way and it sort of drives me crazy.
All in all though, the massage was amazing! I felt like I was floating on a cloud in heaven and never wanted it to end. Although sadly, it did.
P.S.
I got the #2 massage
At the end of the massage, she offered me tea/water which I finished in the lobby :) read more
