(obviously not in Louisiana) so my hair was pretty much destroyed after leaving.. the blonde was exactly what I said i didn't want... the red was beautiful.. during the process i started feeling sick as if i was going to pass out. I just figured it was from not eating that morning..my head was burning and asked if it was normal.. the lady said yes its normal. When i left i couldn't even put my head against the cars headrest because it hurt so bad! I felt i had something in my hair and just figured it was shampoo or something that didn't get fully washed out... until i got back to my moms and my husband took a video of the blisters.. my mom informed the lady and she claimed to not notice.. but how do you not notice at least irritation because like i said my scalp was burning so bad i felt like I was going to pass out..fast forward to when i got home. Which was a few days later, my first time washing it since i was told to wait a few days so the red wouldn't bleed. The lady told me wash the blonde and red separately IF i could. Which at the salon i was have to hold sections of my hair as she washed it. So im not sure exactly how i was supposed to do that by myself. I did try as best as i could but it was just impossible. After the verg 1st wash (with cold water as told) my hair was pink. The red wasnt even red.. it was pink. After ONLY ONE WASH! when she was made aware of my hair of course it was my fault for not washing it separately..and at this point my head was still full of blisters that scabbed up (gross i know) i seeked advice from another professional and she told me not to put anything else on my head because i risked my hair falling out. At this point ny hair was already falling out. I had to wait 3 MONTHS to get it fixed. I was so embarrassed to even wear my hair down. Not once did this lady offer to fix it or anything just a lame apology she didnt really mean. My hair being done was a my Christmas gift from my mom. I showed her many styles i liked all which she said she couldn't do. But seemed very confident in doing half and half (not sure the correct term for what was done). The whole experience was negative. I was in tbe chair over 4 hours and all she did was complain. She decided to work on Christmas Eve. So that wasnt my fault. Literally complained the whole time. I also specifically told the girl I didn't want any white blonde pieces, and there are chunks on the underside of my hair that are SNOW WHITE. I told her she didn't have to style it, and it still took 5 hours. She washed the toner out of my hair, brushed it back, and said, "oh I guess I could blow dry it for you..." Didn't even blow dry it completely, it was still damp when I left! By the time it was over I knew it wasn't what I wanted but I felt so terrible from sitting for that long that I just paid and left. Went home and cried. I called the salon the next day and told them I wasn't happy. Took them 5 days to get back to me, only to say they could squeeze me in for a consultation the next morning but they didn't know if it was gonna cost me more to fix it! I was literally told, "Come in anytime before 11," and I never received a text to confirm the consultation was an actual appointment, like I did with the original appointment. Ended up not going in because I didn't want to waste my time possibly being late to work since it WASN'T a set appointment, and also wasn't going to be definitely free. When I asked for a partial refund, they refused! Do NOT recommend. Save time and money and go somewhere else!

Turns out it was a smart decision as it's hidden in a plaza with a Publix. Felt out of place. Both the location and my actual person. I am so used to going to the same European Wax Center that I forgot the last time I had been asked about a bunch of forms. No matter - I did it on the app beforehand, but it felt weird. Jamiaiya wound up attending me as I had chosen the first available person. She was very sweet and she had the magic touch. Very gentle. I nearly didn't feel a thing. Only reason I even felt a glimpse of pain for my upper lip was because it had been too long, but believe me, I've been doing this for years, and Jamiaya was amazing. Anyhow, when all is said and done, I'm pleased with this location and the services I received. I also found them slightly cheaper than my home European Wax Center in South Florida, so there's that to think about as well.
