I paid $45 for my dip powder and $22 for my gel pedicure and $12 for my eyebrow wax. I have finally found my nail salon in MARIANNA! I have been to many salons and I will tell you now hands down... this salon used the clear dip powder as the last coating which many salons have failed to do. Many just dip my nails twice and then coat my nails in the clear nail polish and put my nails under the UV lights. Not this place! They didn't cut corners and they did it with a smile and they were not rude! I am very happy and I'll definitely be back!! Thanks guys!! I called to…read moreschedule an appointment with my 92 year old aunt, they wanted $25.00 to schedule I said we will come as a walk-in. She said they had 2 openings at 3:00 and 4:00. We got there and I had my aunt sit as she uses a walker. The girl at the desk started talking to another woman in another language (I think Vietnamese) then she told me they didn't have an opening. I told her I just called and she said we filled the 3:00 appointment, so the next was at 4:00, I said that's fine we would wait. Then without saying anything to the other nail tech she said well she'll probably be busy till 4:30 and we close at 5:00, so she won't have time to see her. Of course the business card said they closed at 6:00pm. I didn't get her name, so I'm not sure if she was the owner or staff, but she was a thin girl with large square glasses. I feel like that was elder abuse to make her feel bad about them not wanting to serve her because of her age. We did go to another salon right afterwards and they were wonderful!! Absolutely the worst place I have ever been to get my nails done. I went in for a pedicure and a…read morenail fill, and unfortunately, I left feeling like I received a complete lack of care and attention. My nails honestly look worse than they did when I walked in. On top of it all, we were charged $210 for some of the worst service I have ever received. The lady doing my fill on my hands was not paying attention and filed directly into my skin, causing me to bleed. On top of that, after applying the acrylic, she didn't properly use the drill to blend it, and now all of my nails look like they are lifting upward, and you can visibly see underneath them. She also failed to apply the top coat to the entire nail, including the bottom. When I politely asked if she could finish the whole nail, she became upset about it. And that wasn't even the worst part. My pedicure went about the same way. I ended up with acrylic on my feet, and the man doing the acrylic appeared to have very little experience with acrylic application. The same lack of attention to detail that I experienced with my hands was present during my pedicure as well. I understand that mistakes can happen, but being cut to the point of bleeding, having improperly applied acrylic, and then feeling like I couldn't even politely ask for something to be corrected was extremely disappointing. I paid $210 for these services and expected basic care, attention to detail, and professionalism. Unfortunately, I did not receive that here. I left extremely disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone.
