The worst nail service I've ever had. We should have walked out the moment I saw one of the nail techs apply polish to a woman's foot by having her rest her foot on a trash can. Sanitary right? We were a bridal party of 3 wanting full sets who made appointments. Apparently they don't do appointments because there were only 2 nails techs working. We all three got big blocks of acrylic slapped on our hands. Not a single nail file was sanitized or cleaned, the tables had nail dust all over them, the drill pieces still had dust from the last client on them, and the nail duster was so filthy that the moment either of the techs touched it it sent particles in the air. What's the point of dusting our hands off with that? After they finished with our sets "Jason" did such a crap job on the polish that I'll be surprised if he can even stay inside the lines in a coloring book. The pictures speak for themselves but let me just say as a licensed cosmetologist I know exactly how this service was supposed to go. Nothing was done to our cuticles, the natural nails weren't primed properly and I wouldn't be surprised if these sets lift in a week. You provided us a service, albeit a shitty one, so I paid for that but I hope you enjoy that big fat $0 tip you got.
And let me suggest something to the owner/tech: clean up your crap because you may be getting a visit from state board soon. read more
