Not only did he tell me about Seventh Seal, he called his artist, Patrick, and asked if Patrick could fit me into his schedule (I was on vacation with limited time left). Patrick called me, discussed what I wanted, and then made time to see me before I left PCB. I am thrilled with the results!! The tattoo is nothing elaborate but it means the world to me. Alright look…read more... First of all, they are practically the first ones open. Which is great for us early risers who are up and want to beat the crowd. Second, I was FLOORED how affordable the piercing was. My friend and I got nose piercings. I got a second hole on the same side, and she got opposite of her current one. Laurence was awesome. Very knowledgeable of his craft. I wanted my piercing closer to the current one and he explained to me why it was not a good idea. As a customer service business owner myself I 1000% appreciate him saying something rather than just doing what I asked for, and it causing me a lot of pain and delayed healing. Which could also put me at risk of a wicked scar or keloid. Which we don't want. He held my nose until it stopped bleeding. He pierced my friends nose, and then cleaned me up again before we left. He gave us very detailed care instructions. Basically said live your life but stay out of fresh water and hot tubs. Keep it clean. Pools are fine just try not to be in it for extended amounts of time, and of course, wash it out afterwards. No alcohol peroxide or creams. Saline or salt wash only, multiple times a day. No q tips. Lather the soap you use to wash your face. Be gentle. Pat dry. Don't change the jewelry for 4 months. Perfect. 10 out of 10. Lindsey (Lindsay) was the woman I spoke to on the phone. She was very kind and pleasant. And honestly, I LOVE shops that women work in. I just feel more comfortable. It is what it is. She informed me they were open, their piercer was on, and it's first come first served, walk in welcome. She took our ID's, had us fill out the paperwork, and got us all ready to go. The price included the jewelry. We were very comfortable immediately. The shop has the old school tattoo vibe. Lots of rich dark colors and velvet furniture. Multiple tattoo rooms with pull curtains for privacy. Total price per piercing was $53 after tax, jewelry included in the price. Almost laughable. Being in PCB I was expecting the price to be JACKED up. So I was thrilled. Will definitly be back next time for a small memory tattoo. Thanks Lindsay and Laurence!! See yall next time. We'd happened to see a baby shark at the pier earlier that day and started singing baby shark. So I did a quick design of some sharks for my forearm and my daughter decided to get one on hers as well. Chris Kime is a gifted artist and quickly turned both of our concepts into reality. Back to the building, the building is owned by the shop so there is no rent the artists are paying. This causes the prices to be very reasonable compared to other shops.
