I was hesitant at first a couple of days before my appointment, I can admit that because you know, we're all used to going to one person, but the reason I was on the search for a new hair stylist was because the last lady I was going to was over charging me in my opinion, and the fact that Gigi was still able to accomplish the hair color I want, WITHOUT bleach, was the main thing I was looking for. The last lady kept telling me I had to always bleach my roots, but nope! Gigi came through and showed me that bleach isn't always necessary!
