I happen to have been there the day she had her hair done and it was simply gorgeous! He spent many hours on getting her cut and color perfect! She left the salon extremely happy - I saw it with my own eyes! The pictures she shows are definitely not what I saw! He could never do anything like that! Maybe she is a scam artist and does this frequently so she can try to get her money back from people I don't know? Either way it is not fair to be dishonest and lie about such things. My experience at Madison West was nothing but warm and inviting! I have difficult hair and Jeffrey has no problem cutting it perfectly and he does a fabulous job with color! He is a perfectionist and won't let you leave the salon unhappy! The other hairdressers are amazing as well! I was so nervous the first time I came only because I hate changing hair salons and it can be very stressful! But Gabe could see my anxiety and put me at ease. As an added bonus, I'm always able to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. I've dealt with other places that have wait times of weeks, which can be frustrating as a mom and working a full time job.
