Because I was already feeling lightheaded and exhausted from surgery recovery, I didn't have the energy to address it in the salon and decided to just go home. However, I called the salon shortly after leaving to explain the situation. Unfortunately, the conversation with the manager, Bailey, made the experience even worse. She immediately came across as defensive and cold rather than empathetic. She told me she would call me back before the end of the day, but I never received a call. During the conversation she questioned why I hadn't said something while I was still there so another stylist could fix it, which felt dismissive given the circumstances I had already explained. I made an appt with Gary at the recommendation of the hotel I was staying at nearby. I was having some hair "issues" from a recent cut and was out of town and needed some help!! Needed a new look for a job. Yelped for a good stylist to do a fresh new cut. I had pretty long hair on top so I wasn't sure if a barber would be able to work with my long hair, Gary does both men's and woman's hair and it worked out. I am in disbelief that a small business owner would trash loyal customers who were on the receiving end of such a terrible situation.
