How is this my fault as the potential new customer? On my end, it looks like I confirmed. The owner goes on about their intake process for customers but I'm a new customer so how would I know? Instead of blonde, my hair turned out an orangey color and took several washes with purple shampoo to look presentable in public. To make matters worse, the final bill was almost double the price of what I originally booked. Sherry recommended "babylights" without ever mentioning they were an additional charge. I was also charged a staggering $200 separately for toner that was only left on for about 10 minutes. I've been highlighting my hair blonde for 20 years and have never been charged for toner as a separate, premium line item. When I expressed my surprise at the pricing, she tried to gaslight me, insisting my hair looked "great" and telling me that since her pricing is on her website, I should have known how much it was.
