Tanner is the bomb! When my 3 boys need a haircut and fast Tanner is the man. He gives cuts pretty quickly but without sacrificing quality. They did some remodeling, and it looks really nice inside. read more

The pictures on yelp are outdated. This Salon has been modernized beyond belief yet still has kept extremely reasonable prices for their services. Any The Office lovers out there? These guys always have the show playing on one of the TV's and it is one of my favorite aspects of the salon other than the amazing haircuts I walk away with. My regular hair dresser was not available and just needed a trim. The closes by place was this and I got there 3 barbers and one lady and one customer with one of the guys. I asked how much was for a trim and I the lady said ok just give me some minutes, I was thinking to clean up or set up. Well no she proceeds to brush and blow dry her hair and looking at her self. Good haircuts, good prices, nice people. However, their apparent inability to consistently serve customers in the order that they arrive has made me decide to go elsewhere. Almost every time I have been there someone has "forgotten" to take a number and jumped ahead of others. The employees seem indifferent to this, and it's frustrating to wait 30 minutes and then have someone else waltz in front of you when it's not their turn. I'll take my business elsewhere and unfortunately pay twice as much. read more

Hands down my he best hair Solon I've been to. I worked with Ashley and Aracely and they got my hair the exact shade of blond I've wanted. I went to other places who said they couldn't do it or who wanted to charge an arm and a let. Aracely was all about quality and it definitely shows in her work. The last cut I got for my son in a trendy barber shop in Ventura I had to have fixed by another hair dresser at a kids location in Ventura it was so bad and then two hair cuts and $50 later I still wasn't impressed. Worst hair cut I have ever gotten. The lady was very mean and she would make weird faces at me while cutting my hair, it looks like a lawn mower with a broken blade went over my hair, so uneven, she even forgot to trim one of my sideburns, so half of my head has a long sideburns and half is short, she seemed like she was just playing with my hair, she sprayed way too much water that it was dripping all over me, I will never ever again come back to this place, I had to go somewhere else and pay again for someone to fix my hair because it was so so bad and embarrassing. I've been getting my hair cut here about ten years. It's always a crap shoot. With the regular turn over, I never know who will be working and how good they are, so it's a 50/50 as to the quality I'll end up with. Tonight, I dropped in for the usual. One lady was there cutting hair. There were two guys also and they only seemed interested in having a conversation with each other. I had a seat as I typically do, and was promptly ignored. Usually I'm greeted and asked if I want a hair cut by someone who isn't cutting hair at that moment. Tonight it seemed that the bike belonging to one of the guys was more interesting than work. Went in to the mall to super cuts, showed the lady a pic of what i wanted, asked if she could do it. I came home with a mans haircut, come on, when a person tells you what they want you should try at least to fulfill customers choice and you should be honest if you can't or don't know how to do it. Brought in both of my boys to get their hair cut. While the oldest was in the chair, the very enthusiast stylist kept saying "oops" and "that was almost a mistake" - he is actually very disappointed with his hair and it is FAR from what he wanted. It is not straight what so ever but now need it to grow a little before it can be fixed. My youngest' cut was actually a good cut (the extra star) but the back of his neck was all red and scratched when he was done. She said his neck was "extra sensitive" UM no...no it's not, your blades are dirty or dull. Luckily the red marks went away within the hour. She dropped her scissors on the floor at least twice. My biggest problem was that I paid $15 a piece and the sign says "includes shampoo" and they didn't get a shampoo...as a matter of fact, I had to remind her to remove the hair from my youngest' neck and ears before we left. Total bait and switch! I was getting my hair cut across town, and I live almost across the street from the Main St. location so I dropped in about a week ago to get a quote. Their sign says $15 for a straight cut, so I went up to one of the girls and showed her my hair to confirm the price. I went in today and when I went to the chair a different girl said my hair was layered and it would be $20. I just moved here, but have been getting the same cut for 10 years and it has never been called layered. It does curve up a bit at the very front, but all you do is cut my hair straight across and curve up a bit at the front. I left the salon (if you can call it that, the atmosphere is not pleasing or comfortable) and called and spoke to the manager, who was very polite, but would not honor my original price because he said my hair was tapered which is considered the same thing as layering. Do yourself a favor and go to the place across town, which I don't think I'm allowed to name, but it is a national chain. The hair services are less expensive and vibe and decor is so much nicer. read more

At first I thought they had done a good job with my haircut but after they gel had come off I noticed my hair looked like a box and had lost the "shape" it had before.
