A couple of years later we could hear the wind whistling through the windows where they hadn't sealed them properly. Last year we couldn't open our lounge window and had to get a new handle from west brom, we had to literally brake the old handle off. bearing in mind we had a new born and the lounge has the sun light always heating the room up. Now have just gone to open the window as its very hot and the handle moves but window wont open. Rang them up and have been told the warranty doesn't cover it and will cost £50 call out then on top of that the charges of fixing it. As you can imagine I'm not a happy bunny. with a 1 year old Ive got to fork out god knows how much money to get a window to open!

Where do I start? Brian came & took over half of the total amount as a deposit in September for a…read morecomplete house of windows, front door, rear stable door & large french door & windows fitment with a start date of 30th october to last a week. When the windows arrived there were 3 incorrect sizes, no glass for my Son's bedroom window (which wasn't bought to light until after the window was fitted) 2 lots of privacy glass missing and no front & rear doors. Despite numerous calls, texts & emails to Brian the work remains unfinished. He blames everyone else for the probems & does not take responsibility. He has done NOTHING to remedy any of the issues instead comes up with lies & excuses. We eventually had to call out a glass installer ourselves & pay for the glass in my Sons room as the window was open to the elements - they had only put a piece of board up which was a good few inches too small either side which offered no protection to the elements at all. It has become clear that he NEVER had any intention of providing the doors as not once did he measure for them. We have had nothing but excuses after excuses and lies after lies whenever we have been able to contact him. - which has been very rarely as he refuses to answer calls. He's arranged appointments for the fitters to come & continue the work which I've taken days off work for but no one has shown & not once has he rang to cancel any of them or rang to explain why they haven't shown up, it's always been me that has had to chase him which isn't easy when he won't answer or return calls.We are left with a half finished job & a house that looks a mess. What should have been straight forward home improvements has turned into a nightmare. Choices wanted to fit Windows weekend before…read moreChristmas but didn't come until Monday 21st Dec leading to job being rushed through to finish before they broke up. two teams of fitters came, one team were very good, the other team were instructed to replace the 2 bay windows on the front of the house and made a terrible job, including broken tiles between the upstairs and downstairs bays where they dropped one of the new window sections. After xmas the one bay was repaired which took seven hours to put right. Six weeks later the tiles were eventually repaired. We have been waiting 8 weeks and they have failed to turn up on 7 promised visits, for the other front bay to still be smartened up. Handles on the front bays do not match and they have failed to replace, resulting in my husband buying and replacing himself separately. No one in charge has even been to see what needs doing even after photos of the mess that was left. Have requested several times for Nathan Beddows to get in touch and even sent him a letter, still nothing! Customer service is non existent! In hindsight we should not have payed in full, then maybe the job would have been completed to our satisfaction? Cannot see how a 10 year guarantee will work when they can't even come weeks after doing job. Would not recommend to anyone.

Both conversions have been seriously large and complex challenges that require a rare blend of skills in architecture, structural engineering and design underpinned by a competitive pricing that I have not seen from any of Warmer's competition. Chris and Sam's team have now converted my large loft (4 yrs ago) into 2 bedrooms & 2 en-suites and last month finished my double garage (converting the loft above it also). These are large conversions and not for the ad-hoc builder. But Warmers deliver, and deliver to an exceptional quality. No shortcuts, no poor workmanship, no stereo-typical builder attitudes. They manage the complete build from submitted drawings to final signoff. Chris harnesses a team of experienced professionals who are friendly & highly skilled. So I have no idea how much the windows cost or how helpful they were during any process that isn't just the fitting and measuring. Initial communication between us and Window Warehouse was slow; which is actually not their fault. I were sent a letter addressed to the flat not to me personally so I assumed it was junk mail and didn't read it. Two months later, I got a phone from our landlord asking me to call Window Warehouse. We arranged a time for them to come out and do the measurements and they were in and out fairly quick, this would have been around the end of September. They told us that the were aiming to get the windows replaced in about a month. The end of October rolls around and we get a call to arrange an appointment to fit them. Two men came at 8am and were done by 2pm leaving behind nice new windows. Jord and Paul who fitted the windows were friendly and helpful, talking us through what they were doing. The weather was awful and at one point it was raining in my living room but they kindly put down plastic sheeting to protect my carpet. Overall a good experience with Window Warehouse and I love my new windows!
