I miss his professionalism and excellent results. I always got the full Royal treatment a haircut a shave with hot towels. Always an excellent relaxing experience, and there was never an exception. But somethings can go wrong here. First, it was already very expensive but worth it to me. Prices have gone up to an outrageous level. I cannot get out of there and spend less than $100. That really is just flatly too much for most anyone. What really ruined the whole thing for me is that I bought a package and spent about $1000 there to buy haircuts and shaves in advance. I am a cancer patient and for that reason I could not use those up. I was literally homebound for a few months. As my health improved, and I went to go back to the barber they said that those purchases had expired, although it was almost an entire package of shaves and haircuts. I had taken more than $900 and flushed it down the toilet. They would not make an exception. That's all I need to know. That is a terrible policy by anyone's standards. really unacceptable and unforgivable. Why in the world would you give a client of two years who had trusted you with their money that kind of trouble?

Updated : After my…read morereview, the owner (Stefahn) contacted me directly. He was really disappointed that I was not completely happy with my haircut. He wanted to do whatever he could to make it right. Stefahn went ahead and set up another appointment for today. When I arrived, one of the other barbers extended a warm greeting and said that Stefahn would be right with me, and he was. After talking briefly, I showed Stefahn the pictures of the cut that I was going for. He asked a few questions and then went right to work. Wow, Stefahn is a Master Barber in my book. Not only did he correct the original cut, he provided a finish cut that exceeded my expectation! There is some great talent at this shop and it's evident that Stefahn cares about the customer and their satisfaction. I'll be back! -------------------------------------------- I really like this place. Seems like they have some talented barbers here. Prices are fair but not cheap. I picked a barber on line to make my appointment. Unfortunately, they don't have bios on each barber. In hindsight I should have called and asked for a recommendation.
