It is not that I'm ruff on the nails. The first time it happened I went back and they fixed the nails that didn't last but a day. Then the last two times I came back home to Virginia and could not go back as I live 4 hours away, both times my nails chipped in two days. When I go to my nail salon in VA the manicure lady 2 1/2 to 3 weeks! I won't go back after spending $100 for a manicure/petti plus tip it's a waste of money. I do not recommend this salon, I have tried three different technicians and all of them have not been very good. I took pictures this last time and would love to show them when I return.

He went and got my color that i picked. I didn't know there was a difference between builder gel and gel polish so I didn't say I had builder gel on. Well the guy couldn't do my nails for that reason and he sent me over to the woman that greeted me. I said "im sorry I guess i should have said it was builder gel not regular gel." And she responds with "Yeah!" In a sassy tone. Totally unnecessary. I definitely sensed her hostility towards me. And magically the color I picked had magically "run out" despite the fact that I literally saw the dude who started on my nails bring the color I wanted over. She was really rough while doing my manicure and made my cuticles bleed on 3 of my fingers. I wish I had just got up and left. My nails look ok. Except for the fact that she filed the skin around my nails raw. I also asked for round and she made them mostly all pointy and charged me an extra $5 just to shape them differently than how I came in. Ridiculous. Probably wont be back. Learn how to treat people with respect.
