When I explained how they had two people working on each side of my head-causing the highlights(?)Not to match, the owner said it's impossible because her stylists know better than to have two people do someone's hair. (Guess the pictures were wrong? That the sides really do match?) One of the girls who did it was literally standing right there. I flat out asked her to confirm that she was there and she lied to my face saying that she only put one foil in. How can I be making this stuff up? It's totally possible because the main girl flat out told me that she only has been working in hair for 4 months and the other girl who helped her was some sort of intern. When I mentioned these facts to the manager, her face cringed, then said my hair person had more experience than what my hair person told me. So many lies. Luckily, I got my money back, which will now go towards corrections and not towards getting what I actually want. I have never gotten my hair professionally dyed but decided to splurge because I'm getting married in a few months. This was actually supposed to be a trial dye before my wedding. I'm also going out of town this week to meet my fiancés parents for the first time. I'm completely embarrassed that I'm going to have to meet them looking like this. Still shaking because They refuse to take any responsibility for how it turned out and tried to make me look like a liar. I'm feel so humiliated. SERIOUSLY, DON'T DO IT. Beyond the quality of their work, the way that they treated me afterwords speaks for itself.

It was why I booked an appointment with "Hannah" and not one of the male options.My manicure was done by a lady who could've been Hannah, but while doing my manicure she did not use a buffer and seemed fairly disinterested in my nails. She didn't use an actual nail clipper but used the cuticle clippers instead. The result was an uneven cut. She also didn't clean under my nails. I'm not sure if that's an "extra" service or if it was just an oversight, but I ended up doing it myself at home. I tried this place because it was close to home, but unfortunately, I'll look elsewhere for my next one. I will say the women getting services really seemed to be big fans of this place, but I felt like I was more of a hassle for them than a valued client.
