i would like to put in a formal complaint about Betty who partially owns this company. she was nothing less than rude, condescending, disrespectful , and unprofessional. We had been riding these same busses for almost 2 weeks now with no complaints. Until tonight, Friday the 14th when we had called for a ride. We had gotten picked up on the corner of One Eyed Jacks - to which we've done several times this week - when we had entered the bus there was an older lady , as well as a dog. She had screamed at us to pay $10 because we were not picked up outside of Iron Horse. This is our first rally so we were not aware. To which- we complied. Asking to pay wasn't the issue. Her tone and her volume and mannerisms , was the issue. She then proceeded to allow a couple in the back of the bus sexually harass us 3 girls into showing our tits as well as calling us Sluts for not doing so. We respectfully declined at least 7 times. The husband of this couple then had one last comment about flashing, which at this point we reached our wits end and raised our voice to tell him to stop. The wife of this couple then stated "what? are you jealous they have fake implants and you don't" towards me. Again- Betty then laughed and tried to egg it on insinuating we needed to flash. The bus was dropping us off at this moment when Bobby G apologized multiple times for their behavior. Bobby G is amazing & should work for any other company. As a company and as a partial owner - Betty should not be allowed to run a business. read more

I paid for a wristband for the week and have decided to just drive myself for the rest of the time here. This has been the worst experience I've ever had and I've been in the cabs in Mexico. They go off roading which everyone else loved. but being someone who has lost a loved one, due to an accident, I did not enjoy this. One driver recognized this and he respectfully calmed down for me. The next time I got on the bus, the guy asked if we liked off roading. There were a few of us that said "no" but he did it anyway and then when we got to our spot, they all called me a Karen and yelled things at me. If you're up for a dangerous experience, go for it. Being in an accident isn't on my list. you're going to see this company on the news someday, for vehicular homicide. read more

After seeing y'all's video recently when y'all were going on about how y'all would stand by and continue the use of the word/phrase that was very offensive to so many....I seriously wondered how long before y'all would come to y'all's senses! Honestly, I was shocked at y'all's stand on the video and such ridiculous thinking that it was ok for y'all's family business (the lady and her brother) to continue to use the word and that y'all would have the wherewithal to believe that what y'all were doing by continuing saying it was ok for y'all's business to be offensive because status quo was ok, regardless of who y'all would offend! And now, y'all are searching for "any suggestions of cute, witty and fun saying"! Its ridiculous that y'all thought y'all's previous offensive saying was just that: "cute, witty and fun" when in reality y'all were arrogant and most definitely were suffering from a lack of decent common sense! After reading this "apologetic post", and then seeing the long list of negative reviews posted on this page, I see the "damage control" y'all are doing now, which should have been stated in the video she posted the other day, rather than "status quo is ok regardless of which customers y'all were offending!" https://www.facebook.com/jonezbus/photos/a.592431770802150/1702960276415955/?type=3 read more
