He did, brought them up front we made the $85 purchase of our items and I started to put the boards in back of our truck, one broke at a knot so I proceeded back in to the store to get a replacement. I asked Justin if I could have a replacement and he makes a "disgusted noise" as if it was a ridiculous question and I was taking too much of his time, then he proceeds to tell me that, "Wood is not a warrantied product." Then asked me what I'm doing with it? The fact that it doesn't matter what I'm doing with the items I purchase or the fact that I've built custom homes for most of my adult life until I retired. Seriously! I hadn't even left the parking lot. Let alone for the simple fact that I specifically asked for 2 decent trim boards! I don't care if Justin is a manager. His response to me was uncalled for and rude. I realize we aren't considered "locals" even though we own a home here in Sturgis and are from out of state.
