We had a panel upgrade done by them and after just two years the conduit they installed through my roof is starting to bend because it is not properly supported which will eventually lead to a roof leak if it hasn't started already and has pulled the bracket holding it out of the wall because they used very small and short screws with washers to attach it to the house. The owner immediately became a jerk and tried to blame it on things that don't even make sense instead of just admitting it was not done properly and fixing it. This was poor workmanship and the installer rushing to get the job done with whatever he had on the truck instead of getting the proper screws and doing the job correctly. This is simply poor workmanship and lack of accountability from the owner and then he starts throwing insults like a child because I called him out on his BS excuses. STAY AWAY! This company doesn't care about their customers or the quality of their work!

I got in touch with B&B via Dry Pro, the company that will be sealing my crawlspace. B&B's service…read morewas incredibly fast and high quality. They came in to install a dedicated 20 AMP circuit and receptacle in my crawlspace and I also asked them to install a switch and two additional light fixtures to brighten the place up a bit. They were able to come out within two days and finish the job in just a couple hours. They explained everything they did and answered all of my, sometimes off-topic, questions about electrical. Prices may have been a bit high, not sure. Quality of work-wise I'm not complaining. The dedicated circuit and receptacle cost $400 and the two lights and switch were installed for a total of $150. There are still a few things to be done around the house with my electrical, including aspirations for an EV charger. I will definitely be contacting them again in the future when I need work done.

They walked me through some steps and suggested there must be a GFI switch that controlled the outlets, but none of the outlets appeared to be GFI. They stayed on the phone while I flipped breakers again, but that still didn't get the outlets to work. They said it would likely be expensive to send someone all the way to Port St Lucie from West Palm but they would give me an estimate to help me decide. All in all, we were on the phone about 10 minutes. I was about to text them my address so they could figure out the distance and determine costs, and decided to look at the outlets one more time. Turns out, the previous owners had painted the outlet plates, so I had to look closely to see that one of them actually was a GFI. After resetting that, everything worked fine. I really appreciated the time Power Pro spent with me on the phone. Even though I was outside of their usual service area, they didn't just blow me off as some contractors have done. Now I wish I did live closer to them, as I would definitely use them in the future.

We wanted to start a few lighting projects, including adding ceiling lights to a few rooms and getting an existing light fixed that suddenly stopped working a few months ago. Santiago came out for a free estimate and answered a bunch of my questions. The estimate was super reasonable so we scheduled them to come out the next week. They were timely, professional, and did a fabulous job. They provided the can lighting fixtures so that I didn't need to provide anything. They even fixed our broken light for free and cleaned up after themselves. I can't wait to schedule some more projects because they made it so easy!

So the manager (Chase) told me they would gladly take payment the Friday before the appointment or the morning of the appointment. My appointment was scheduled for Monday morning. Friday came and NO call! I called them several times but no one picked up! So I decided to wait until Monday because the manager clearly stated someone would call for payment. Monday came...NO ONE CALLED but i spent 2 hours of my morning calling from 7 - 9 am attempting to reach someone. FINALLY, at 10am someone answered the phone. I told them of this situation and was told " too bad, the schedule is already booked' then she proceeded to give me an attitude stating 'they have a procedure and they didn't take payment'. Apparently she doesn't have ears because I explained 10 times that the manager approved payment the morning of but no one called...so i continued calling for 2 hours! Again, all she wanted to do was tell me about procedure and give me an attitude. WHAT RIGHT DOES SHE HAVE WHEN THE MANAGER APPROVED THIS?????!!!!! How dare she "blame" me when I would have never scheduled the appointment if the manager didn't say it was OK! Then, she hung up on me! WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS???!!!
