When I…read moregot there I waited 30 minutes and they took my ID/Insurance card for payment and processing ( I assume so I wouldn't walk out without paying after waiting too long) but I found it off-putting. When I finally met the doctor he spent all of 3-5 mins getting to know me and about 30 seconds of that time was spent checking into my injury. He left the office and someone else came in to take my blood, she was very friendly and accommodating. They told me that my blood work would be back in by Monday at the latest and when i called Tuesday for the results they said it was in and someone would call back. They never did nor did they the following day I had to call back the Thursday to get the results. Needless to say i will continue my search for a new primary care physician.

It was a combination of allergy issues and working in a new office with all kinds of new germs. Regardless, Dr. Wilcox helped me out each time. Not only does he just prescribe meds, but he explains the root of your illness so you know what's going on. If necessary, he'll even draw you pictures :) Since I've gotten used to city life and am taking better care of myself as I get older, I don't need to see Dr. Wilcox as much as I used to. But if/when I do get sick (knock on wood!), I would be happy to go back and pay him a visit. Crossing my fingers that it's minor and not swine flu related.

On 9/11, the ER Dr recommended a much larger practice, but my experience was so positive in 2022, I decided to once again go to Dr "B". I have absolutely NO regrets whatsoever. I saw the ex ray on Nov 4, 2025 from the surgery performed on 9/18/25, where Dr Bodavula lined up the displaced bone and installed plate and screws. I was amazed at the precision and perfection of the realignment, as well as the fusion of the bone! Dr Bodavula is an outstanding professional, and I would return to him again with no reservations should the need arise! I highly recommend anyone searching for a kind, caring, patient, knowledgeable, and professional Hand Specialist, look no farther. Last note; Dr Bodavula also recommended a wonderful Occupational Therapist to work on helping me get back to full range of motion, shout out to Matt W as well! Nancy Weaver
