I called this business to see if the gentleman that owned this business would be able to make me a cover for my ottoman or to refinish my ottoman and the gentleman that I spoke to which I can only assume was the owner was not friendly at all . It seems like he only wants to do big things but basically did not want to do anything smaller . So just FYI if you have anything small don't bother calling this guy cuz he doesn't want anything to do with it . Was very short with me. I would not recommend this business unless you like working with rude people . read more

Randy does incredible work! We have had several pieces reupholstered with him, and each piece looks completely new, revitalized. Randy is friendly, personally walks you through the fabric selection process, and a furniture doctor to boot! He is pretty booked solid, so make sure you allow plenty of lead time for your work. Upholstery isn't cheap, but remember you get what you pay for--Randy's work is worth every penny, and a great value for the dollar! If you have a piece that you want to take care of, or a family heirloom, I wouldn't trust it to anyone other than Randy! Bonus: his "assistant" Handsome Russ (a sweet old wiener dog) will snuggle and make moon eyes at you during your visit :) read more
