We have been using this storage facility for almost two years now, the prices do keep rising which is annoying and I have found cheaper places but since i'm not local we can't move our stuff around so easily. Overall the customer service is great at this location. All facilities raise prices after a few months and then you have to pay admin fees so overall it's not always cheapest to hop around..

The movers did not arrive when they were scheduled (first thing on Sunday morning) and I could not get a hold of the company until the owner called me two hours later. The movers broke the leg on my brand new dresser which I was disappointed about because they didn't offer any discount or insurance to replace it. Be careful to select a mover that will cover the damage they cause on your furniture rather than using a small mom/pop company that you may end up forking out more money on your move with due to careless movers.
