After speaking with the Manager, Robert Craig and seeing the facility for myself I had no qualms about storing the items there and never felt a need to check on the items while they were in storage. Robert was easy to get a hold of whenever I had a question and even was willing to wait for me at closing time the day I brought my items there as I had been traveling all morning from out of state. Next time I am in need of a storage facility A+ Storage will again be my choice.

The space is very secure, extremely clean, well lit and climate controlled. Going to storage is never a super-fun activity, but A+ made it very easy to retrieve anything we needed, or to drop off any item we didn't need at the time. This place actually deserves 0 stars but that isn't an option…read more I began renting at this facility in December 2025. The rental rate was $25 a month. The lease agreement states I'll be notified 30 days before in writing when the rate increases. I set up auto pay and didn't really think about it. A few days ago I was charged $67 for the same unit. When I looked back in my email I received an invoice 14 days prior. I called today requesting a refund since I was not notified in time. They are outright refusing to honor their own contract. The man I spoke with alleges they cannot process a refund. Which is an outright lie because if you can process a payment you can process a refund. He tried to offer me a credit for next month which was inadequate. I reiterated to him that I do not want a credit because I no longer feel comfortable being a customer. He was rude and dismissive and alleged he could not transfer me to someone else. I have no other choice but get my attorney involved. This company is a total scam. Pay more on the front end and go with a reputable company who actually cares about their customers.

My daughter rented a storage unit on Saturday assuming we would need it for her move into a smaller apartment. On Sunday evening we realized we would not need the unit, no promptly on Monday morning we stopped by the storage facility and explained what happened. The woman at the counter said there is no way to cancel the contract for the month. She called her husband to ask if there was an option and he said no. He was not on site to speak with me. He stated That they are keeping the $95 and there will be no refund. We never went in the unit and I am so disappointed that this company has no flexibility when someone makes an honest error. Then when she closed out the account she kept the $10 security deposit because I did not give 5 days notice. Seriously, the unit is paid for for a month and they are keeping the $10 security deposit plus the $95?? I also found out she closed it out with today's date so if my daughter wanted to use it this month she can not, even though it is paid for. I asked why she didn't mention the 5 day notice and she said , she didn't think about it. So I said please reverse the close out and I'll give you a 5 day notice now. She then took $10 out of her purse and gave it to me. So this company has my daughters $95 AND can rent the unit to someone else. In hindsight I should have canceled in a month so they can't collect twice for the same unit. I would suggest you do not do business with a company that is inflexible.
