I called a few days later and Brian said it had been received and the refund would be processed within 8 weeks . It is now February and still no refund but a lot of excuses . I have been patient and kind however I am now at the point where I will need to take legal action . I have submitted a request to headquarters four times with no response . This is horrible business practice as my daughter has the legal right to her refund for services not used .

What kind of business owner yells at a client??!! Then my daughter called and he yelled at her too!! I tried to call again and there was never an answer. The company advertises that they will issue a refund for their terrible service and I PROMISE THEY WILL NOT. I have sent three letters requesting a refund, one registered mail, and STILL NOTHING. Call Tutor John in CSTAT if your college student needs help. I'm contacting the Texas Attorney General Consumer Protection Div to file a complaint!! I've already filed a complaint with the BBB and contacted the college to make them aware 99 Tutors is advertising on their campus. I'll probably never get my money back, but hopefully once people read how AWFUL this place is, I'll have saved them some money.

His teachers have not helped as the focus has been reading and he reads on a college level! Now we are at Mathnasium and I wish I would have found Mathnasium a long time ago. If I were going to set up a program it would be exactly like Mathnasium! The staff works to build confidence and then build skills.
