These group settings are great if you just want to better understand the concepts of your class. The only one on one sessions that are available for the subjects I need are through zoom, which is the only downfall I have with the tutoring options available. Being able to collaborate with other students who have taken or are currently taking the class is very helpful in better understanding my coursework. I love using this resource when I really want to reinforce the topics that my professor talked about in class. I also have learned some great skills from the students who have take this class on how to better understand the material that is talked about in the class. This is horrible business practice as my daughter has the legal right to her refund for services not used .

The company advertises that they will issue a refund for their terrible service and I PROMISE THEY WILL NOT. I have sent three letters requesting a refund, one registered mail, and STILL NOTHING. Call Tutor John in CSTAT if your college student needs help. I'm contacting the Texas Attorney General Consumer Protection Div to file a complaint!! I've already filed a complaint with the BBB and contacted the college to make them aware 99 Tutors is advertising on their campus.
