My Mom was left in the shampoo bowl for over an hour, but everyone was too busy to notice. The young girl who washed her hair soaked her from her neck to her waist, and didn't even notice. After telling Tori about it becoming a bad experience, she became extremely argumentative and yelled at her. My Mom left in tears and was extremely embarrassed. When using the restroom, getting ready to leave, she overheard Tori and the staff bad-talking her. A partial foil took over 5 hours and she didn't even get a haircut, because Tori was too preoccupied. My Mom just wanted to leave. The owner saw my Mom's survey reply and offered a vague resolution, but my Mom would clearly never return to a place that made her feel so belittled and unseen. Tori - does in fact have good hair-coloring skills, but she needs to work on her customer service and not Instagram. I wasn't going to write this, but since she decided to post the reels of my Mom's hair on Instagram after my Mom left, I felt it was warranted. Best of luck on your salon, but good hair-coloring skills aren't the only thing needed for a client to have a successful experience.

The Rachel Welch wig I purchased from Barbara's Wigs was $580. The Rachel Welch wig purchased from Missouri Baptist Cancer Center was $180. Lake St. Louis Wigs & Cuts were equally as reasonable as Missouri Baptist! Plus, the shampoo & conditioner kit from Barbara's Wigs was $79! Same products elsewhere were either free or $7 for shampoo & conditioner! I felt like I was overcharged and an easy target because of my cancer diagnosis. I would recommend going elsewhere for wigs.

She took the time to hear my concerns and looked at some photos from 7 months ago when I had a lot of hair She was very kind and gentle with me. She explained the different types of wigs that she sells and the 3 different human hair types and where they are sourced from. Indian , Chinese/ Asian hair and European hair. She went over the pros and cons of the different types of hair for my needs I shouldn't say that there were any cons about any the hair except European Hair Is straight , Indian hair holds more curl and the Asian hair is much thicker. Barbara measured the size of my head and later that day emailed price quotes on the type of hairstyle, length and color that I am interested in. I am still deciding if I want to be able to curl the hair or just to go totally straight she can offer any color and style you can dream up. Once I get my bag I will add a picture. If possible

For instance, I sent an email cancelling my membership to their Gold Club. That's where you pay $99 a month and the $$ is placed in your account for you to use for future services. They ignored my email and charged my card months after I cancelled. I'm not interested in suing to get my $$ back. I had to cancel yet another card because of this. I would not recommend this business if you are tight on money. The prices are exorbitant for crappy work. I get standing by your people and supporting them as Christina does but when a stylist obviously needs more training and the front desk people need to be taught customer service maybe she ought to consider that the issue isn't simply an unhappy customer but a more systemic attitude of superiority. I would also like to comment on another post that suggested that CWS is a bit racist. I may have missed it, maybe that's why I was treated so badly. Is that why it seemed as though I was bothering them when I walked in the door? Who knows. I don't want a refund of the $99, I realize it's just an easy way to run a scam.
