I can't say enough about this salon. I've been going here since I moved to Lindenhurst a couple of years ago and I won't go anywhere else! I was seeing the same stylist my whole life until I moved so I was a bit nervous making the switch finding someone new to trust with my hair. When you walk in, EVERYONE is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they greet you with a smile. They always make you feel special and beautiful! Louis is amazing. Aside from being a very talented and incredible stylist from cut to color, he is just genuinely such a good person and I always look forward to seeing him! He has a great eye for style and anytime I'm unsure of what I want, he figures it out for me based on my jumbled ideas and never lets me down! I can show him a picture of what I want, and he makes it happen. One time he totally winged an updo for me and it was stunning. He is knowledgable and gives an honest opinion, and he is gentle with my hair which is super important to me because hair health is my priority. We joke all the time saying he's the #1 reason I can never move out of NY state He and Dorothy worked together to do my hair/ my bridesmaids' hair for my wedding. They made a few accommodations to come in very early on a Sunday morning which was above and beyond to ensure that I would be ready for my big day. I feel compelled to address previous 1-star reviews made by 3 users. I have been a client of Studio Trio for 9 years. These stylists are all so talented and work so well together as a team. I was in the salon on Saturday when Marisa A was there. Her review of the situation is ALL LIES! The girls were so sweet, courteous, and professional to her. They all tried to help and fix the situation. They offered to stay or have her come back, Her hair didn't look bad, it just wasn't what she wanted or expected and that's fine, but I sat back and listened to this girl scream, threaten, and insult this team. She was even snapping at her dad when he didn't agree with what she was saying. They remained calm and pleasant. The salon itself is covered in mirrors, it's impossible for you not to see yourself or others. There was no laughing or mean girl behavior, everyone was truly trying to help this girl. The icing on the cake for me was that after they left, her dad came back in to get the girls' names, just to blast them on Yelp, and he APOLOGIZED for his daughters' behavior. read more

Studio Trio is the best salon ever! For most of my life, I've had really long hair. It was long enough to be consider a literal "pony tail". Recently, I decided I wanted to make a change. I went to Studio Trio and spoke to Naomi about my decision. She was totally supportive, especially after seeing me for so long. She wanted to make sure that this was exactly what I wanted. In her words, "We can always go shorter, we can't glue hair back." I was excited about my haircut, knowing that my usual stylist was excited about it too. When I got in the chair, she repeatedly made sure that I was ready for the drastic change. I could not be happier with my decision. She made it look sleek, modern, and most importantly, healthy. I had Evelyn do my hair and i have never been happier with my hair!! After years of dying my hair with black box dye i decided it was time for change, because of all the build up on my hair lightening wasnt so easy. Of course we couldve just put bleach on my hair to get the color i wanted but it wouldve resulted in fried/damaged hair. Instead Evelyn did a test strand on my hair to see where we could get started and worked with me throughout the months to properly lighten my hair with no problem! A few months later and my hair is a beautifully painted blonde and its even healthier than it ever has been!! Im so overly excited by the results. Evelyn sure knows what she is doing, I told her what i wanted and instead of just doing it she came up with a solid plan to help me achieve the look i desired without losing all of my hair!! What a lovely experience for mommy and daughter today I was a little nervous taking my almost four year old for her first haircut. Mommy panic. Let me tell you, Naomi took me in the very next morning, reassured me they were ready, willing and able. And boy was she right! Meaghan took my daughter off to a detangle combing for her luscious messy curls got her a wash with their number one gal and off to trimming while mommy took a rinse and a glorious cut with Dorothy. Everyone was super pleasant, friendly, and exceptionally talented. Wish we had gone sooner! The studio is fresh and cool, white subway tiles raw contrasting wood tones and black trim. I had the BEST experience seeing Louis Spagnuolo. After not being happy with my hair from a different salon, I went to see Louis. He was great at listening to what I didn't like about my current hair and gave me great recommendations on what we can do to achieve the look I wanted. He did baby lights and low lights to help give my hair a more dimensional "lived in blonde" look and gave me a great haircut. We also finished with a blow dry and curl that was gorgeous! I've been getting so many compliments on my hair since seeing Louis. He also recommended some great products to use and it's kept my hair looking as good as when I left the salon! No matter who u go to you will get the same amazing experience! All the stylists are extremely talented, passionate, patient & kind. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a friendly welcome from the front desk all the way untill u sit down in the chair , even stylists that aren't working on your hair will come and say hi and complement you. I have seen the stylists all work together and I think it's amazing ! Sometimes you go into a salon and you can just feel the the tension between stylists ( it's awkward) ... but not at studio trio ! Love this salon! I followed Lisa (Senior Stylist) from "Mona Lisa" salon in Copiague. She's done highlights for me several times in multiple colors ranging from subtle to vibrant...caramel, rose gold, bright red, mulberry (most recent), etc. She is truly an artist, and I trust her 100%! I also desperately needed a trim, but trust very few with my curly hair. I've been trying to grow it out, and Lisa suggested having Tori (Senior Stylist) cut my hair. It is absolutely the best cut I've ever gotten! I travel from Manhattan to come here. Reasonable prices with incredible staff! Would recommend this salon and these women to anyone! read more

Studio Trio has always delivered when it comes to hair. I see Catherine when I go. She is kind, personable and always sets realistic expectations when it comes the hair process. Whether it is lightening, darkening or scalp health she is always ready to educate and given helpful hints to ensure getting the best possible product. She truly cares about her work and wants to make sure that the end result is something I love. She has made me blonde, brunette, installed extensions and gives the best shampoo. Have been coming to studio trio for a few years now and have been getting my hair done with Louis. He is the only person who I will let touch my hair as he is so tentative and makes me feel super comfortable. Getting my hair done can be a little nerve wrecking for me due to past experiences at other salons where I have left unsatisfied. I bought a Groupon for this salon because I saw that it was in my neighborhood. They made it so easy for me to make and appointment and we're able to answer all the questions I had and everyone was so nice. Everyone that walked out of the salon looked great! The stylist that did my hair was awsome and really listened to what I wanted. My hair came out exactly how I wanted and I am soo happy i went there. I've been to this salon a handful of times and each time I've been helped by Louis. He is so sweet, very friendly, he listens well and also gives good suggestions and tips. He's the only person I trust with my hair at this point.
