Was NOT a great haircut or color and highlights and she was 40 minutes late even getting to salon. said she was shopping for salon. I told her I understood it may take more than one visit to get used to my haircut. I brought pictures and the formula from previous hair stylist but second visit STILL was not better. But I kept going back for several months but she did horrible cut and color and highlights! more than that she was late for every single appointment, sometimes over an hour!! Last visit she was late and kept leaving me answering phones, cleaning but mostly talking to other hair stylist instead of paying attention what she was doing. I was her only client but she had me in the salon for 7 SEVEN freaking hours for one appointment!!! so much chaos in this salon!!! will stress you out if you dare make an appointment!!!!!! My cousin…read morewas cutting my hair while we were still living in California and I did have someone recommend Salon Dolce to me. I was scheduled there, but had to cancel last minute when something came up. I really, really needed a cut so I tried to walk in at Salon Dolce (since it is on their window), but was told they don't really do walk ins because the ladies there set up their own schedule and that I could come back later in the week when they had an opening. So sitting in the Harp's parking lot, I took to Google and found that the Villa Salon had a good rating. Called and was able to be seen in 5 minute by Sonja. Villa Salon is in the strip mall across the train tracks from the Cabot Meat Market. They've got some vintage decor going on and it kinda looks like they have a runway down the middle with the wood floors leading to the back where the sinks and dryers are. Sonja is so friendly and patient, she listened to what I wanted and took her time cutting my hair, getting rid of all of the dry, split ends and bringing my hair back to life. I brought my youngest two in for a hair cut as well a couple days later and she was able to get my youngest son to sit STILL. That is talent because he is all over the place and we were nervous since it was his first cut ever. One Saturday, I brought my oldest son in to have his hair cut and fixed. We just stopped by without an appointment, and we lucked out because she was available. Sonja showed what needed to grow out in order for his hair to get back on track to get the hair style that he wants. Definitely glad she knows how to cut/fade and saw where his hair needed to be fixed without me trying to explain it! Glad I found Sonja and will be going to her as long as we're stationed out here :)

Iv never been and didn't know the procedure. She thought she hung up the phone but instead I got to hear about how I was an entitled customer just trying to walk in and how customers are so annoying. I tried to call back an inform them that they were extremely unprofessional, as if they didn't already know but the phone is off the hook .Way to be sports clips. Probly why I have never been and will take my son to a real barber with real skills. FYI make sure you hang the phone up before you talk smack. The other eyebrow was perfect. I told her I didn't want my other eyebrow thinner and to just get the peach fuzz and that's it on that one eyebrow. She didn't listen at all. My eyebrows are so thin and uneven now. The wax was too hot and the waxing container looked nasty. She messed up my eyebrows, imagine what she can do to someone's hair. She is a nice lady but has no idea what she is doing. She didn't listen to my request and now my eyebrows are awful. My eyebrows looked better before I came in there than they do now.
