Needed to change out my Travis jewellery as the diamonds fell off. While in the area, I found this place on yelp. It was hard for me to find, after a few phone calls I finally made it. The ladies were nice and I decided to go with some titanium small purple studs. JC removed my old ones and put in the new. He explained the quality and their lifetime warranty, which is great! He was very personable and professional. They are located around the corner from the cookie place, and where the train station ends up. They have tons of jewelry to choose from too! read more

Found this place in the mall in Wilmington, North Carolina. Did not plan on purchasing anything initially however I ended up walking inside and looking at the jewelry. So many options to choose from! I have my tragus pierced, so I was pleased to discover they had jewelry fitting for that that would not cause irritation. I haven't been able to successfully wear jewelry in this area for more than a day or two in a while over a decade. At least with my specific piercing, I had to buy both the jewelry to post. And it had to be inserted by the professional. they told me in the future that if I were to buy another piece of jewelry that it would be cheaper because I would just buy the post. Anyway - I paid about $50 and did all of that. At first, I was a little disappointed with the price. However, it has been about a month since and I am pleased overall. My jewelry piece is in my ear permanently is not causing any pain or irritation. I would say the most difficult place about shopping here are the options so make sure you are not like me and that you know what it is you are looking for!! read more

Worst experience I've ever had from a piercing place. They pierced me with a push pin bar and the top fell out immediately within an hour. I went back and they put the same thing in again and said that's the best they can do. Also never had a piercing hurt more. Changing the top of a bar shouldn't hurt more than a needle going through my ear the first time. Didn't care one bit either. Also extremely overpriced and non refundable if things go wrong. Great professional business!!! The staff is very friendly and attentive. IMO you pay for quality. The piercing staff is trained in blood borne pathogens and first aid. They know what piercings work for individual anatomy and will help curate your jewelry for your budget. The piercers are app certified and take their job seriously as they are professionals. I can trust when I go there that I will be taken care of and treated with respect. I have 6 piercings from Studio Seven. The staff is friendly, informative, and patient. I don't go anywhere else for my piercings. The piercers at both branches are super sweet and very quick to get the piercings completed and placed accurately. They definitely keep their piercing rooms clean and sterile. I work in the medial field so I look for these things. The only reason why I give one star shy is because the price of some of the jewelry is extremely high. However here I am still going regardless of cost to pay for quality. I suggest maybe to offer a rewards/discount on jewelry for those of us who love piercings, however are mindful financially. Maybe a punch card or membership after so many piercings when you've spent a certain amount? read more

Got my nips pierced months back the guy who did it seemed professional at the time but after spending over $100 on jewelry and the piercing. I have to go back a week late because the bars were way to small. The balls were going inside my nip causing pain when I had to push it out! When I went back they explained I had more swelling than I thought...... then proceeded to tell me I had to pay $60 more for new jewelry to fix the mistake they made in the first place! I went to a different piercing studio to find out they were infected and I was allergic to the jewelry! So about $200 later I get infected nips! Don't waste your money or time. Not to mention they didn't check my id until after he made the marker dots on my nips!!! Parents beware! read more

My son went in to get his ears pierced when we took him to college. We later returned to purchased cross earrings at a later date. There was a problem with one of the earrings and we tried to return it a few weeks later. They were short staffed that day and we weren't able to resolve the issue. We later spoke with the owner who couldn't have been nicer. Local, small business owner that was genuinely interested in us as customers and finding a resolution. He had the earring repaired in a timely fashion and reached out when it was ready. Appreciated the quick follow up and customer service from the owner! read more

Update to your response. I wasn't trying to return a piece of jewelry. Your staff sold and used a piece of jewelry that was not appropriate for the piercing that my disgusted got. Even your piercer said this piece is too small for this area, it always swell up after piercing. I didn't want a full refund but something would have been nice when we had to buy a completely different piece. Which should have been sold correctly in the first place. And if you couldn't or didn't want to offer a discount, at least more compassion instead of sorry not sorry attitude that we received. read more

Terrible customer service. I bought and was unable to return a gift priced at almost 300 dollars. It was still in the gift box untouched. The lady selling me the item was so busy helping multiple people that I wasnt even made aware of the return policy. Otherwise, I would have never made the purchase had I known that they will only give you store credit. I explained the situation to multiple employees with no help, and instead got told to splurge on myself and buy myself a gift with the gift card. Now I'm stuck with a gift card that I will never use and out 300 dollars. As a local nursing student who lives alone and supports herself and buying from a small business, I expected a little more compassion. It's really a shame the way these people run a business. If you are going to have extreme return policies in a place that sells very expensive items, you should have your employees at least trained to inform your customers before purchasing to avoid situations like this moving forward. read more
