I have taken my son to get his hair cut by Sri several times now. We started when my son was 17-months-old and it was a roaring success. The kid was unsure exactly of what was happening, but didn't scream, which I saw as a great sign. With me, Sri has to spend at least 40 minutes cutting, thinning, shearing and straightening. With my son, she pulled out clippers and her scissors, and got his hair looking more orderly within 12 minutes. She even managed to blow dry his hair a little on low heat in order to do some touch ups. This is what to expect: * There is one of those IKEA tables in the waiting area. There are a handful of toys, plus a bin of crayons. We prepared a snack for the kid to eat in advance. *Sri will cut the kid's hair while the kid is seated on your lap. * She will use clippers to get the bulk of the hair cut out. I came with an unusual request - to dye my brown hair silver grey. Other people were confused, but Sri was immediately on board. So this review is literally MONTHS late, but that's just me. Sri is wonderful! This was my second time to see her, first time for color. Decided to take the plunge and go for a non traditional color, purple, and in a bit of an ombre. She mixed the "Dark Purple" and "Orchid" and it turned out gorgeous! Now 2 months later it is of course lighter, and it definitely changes in different lighting which is fun. Sri is clear in what she thinks is best and I really appreciated her attention to detail. One thing I will mention, is to plan to have cash going into the appt for tip (and please tip-- she deserves it!)-- it's honestly a bit confusing how they handle it at the register. Instead of just leaving it all on the card, they give you cash for the amount you put down on the bill. I know it all works out, but I think it is easier to figure if you just have enough on you when going in. read more

Got my eyelashes done by Sri and let me say a job excellently done. She recommended longer lashes for me to lift my eyes and for an added bonus they made my eyes look wider. I am more than satisfied with the results. My 2 stars came from when I was leaving. Went to the counter to pay and the guy says "What does Floyd's charge you. I'll charge you the same thing."
