I was talked into getting the plasma pen done to make my lip area look smoother and fuller. Carmen knew that my wedding was in eight days, but assured me that everything would be perfect. Three days after the procedure, I noticed what I thought to be a cold sore. I texted Carmen right away, but she never responded. She finally responded once I called her unprofessional, which in turn she called me a jerk!!! (See screenshots and photos). Fast forward to the Thursday before my wedding when she finally texted and asked about my face. It turns out I had a staph infection on my face. I don't want to say that my wedding was completely ruined, but my face was all I thought about. My makeup artist did as well as possible. I asked for my money back but was denied. It was very disappointing and depressing, especially since Carmen referred to me as a friend. But guess what? Friends don't treat each other this way. It took me a couple of months to actually write this review, but it's time for the truth to be told.

Wanted to get 2 small tattoos (me and my son). Asked if they had time. The girl at the front yells out does anyone have time for a walk in? Everyone yells out no! Never asked what we wanted or even attempted to accommodate us. Were we interrupting valuable couch time? The reason I am leaving a one star review is the quality of the tattoo. I got the quote "Exhale Hate" on my wrist and everything seemed fine as I left the shop. I ended up returning the same day because I noticed the tattoo was not complete and looked sloppy. I was told it was too early to tell how it will look when it healed so I let it go. I was slightly worried because the shop has a bullshit touch up policy of 7 days. Sure enough the tattoo was messed up after that policy ended and there is no way I am paying another $50 to get it touched up as it was his fault to begin with. Especially since I made it a point to show him the same day that it was not done correctly. I took full care of the tattoo to the word of his recommendations and used the cream he provided as instructed and after about two months the ink faded and now it looks like a 10 year old tattoo. I do not recommend this shop to anyone.
