He offered to pick it up and return it for an additional cost and was very communicative throughout the entire process. I couldn't be happier with the final result.

This window has been in my family for 50 years now. It was in my house when I was growing up and…read morehas moved with me twice. I had installed it into my present house and my wife and I enjoyed looking at it every time we walked into our bedroom. Last year I noticed the glass was coming out of the leading holding it together. Upon further investigation I realized that the wood frame was rotted on the outside causing the issue. The glass was literally sinking out of the frame. After searching the internet I stumbled across Art Glass and Studio. I'm sure glad I did. Lawrence (Law) was a pleasure to work with! He was honest and realistic about his timeframe for assessing the situation and actually getting the work started and finished. I really appreciated that he let us know that he is a busy guy handling a number of projects at the same time but would give our window his utmost attention when our time came. He gave us plenty of options for the repairs working with our budget and suggesting different methods for reinstallation of the window. The option we chose was to make the window a decorative piece instead of an actual permanent window. That way if we move again or our children want the window to stay in the family after we're gone it will be easier to move it to the next place. When it came time for our window to be worked on, I removed it from our house (my choice to save money) and took it over to his shop. Law started on it and kept us informed as to how it was going. Once started, he finished it quickly and it looks great! In this day and age of "bait and switch" it was such a pleasure to work with someone who actually does what he says and does great work. This window was built around 1870 and thanks to Art Glass and Studio (Law) it should have another 150 years of in it. I highly recommend them

Finding Rekha and her home daycare was such a huge blessing! First of all her daycare is licensed,…read morewhich is a huge plus. The daycare is always clean, organized, and filled with educational toys my 1 year old loves. She Rekha often does activities with the kids, such as finger painting and water works. She goes above and beyond any typical caretaker. She helped my daughter practice walking when she was struggling at 16 months. If we are running late, she will even give my daughter dinner. She makes sure all the food that is given is healthy, organic, and fiber rich. I would highly recommend this home daycare for anyone who wants their babies to have that extra personalized care and attention that they deserve in a safe and nurturing environment :)

We had moved here from out…read moreof state and I was worried my daughter would have issues transitioning to a new day care, however she adapted extremely well from day one - eating and napping at her regular times. I believe this was largely because whilst Rekha is very attentive to her immediate needs, she also follows the standard Montessori rhythm and routine that my child was familiar with from her previous Montessori daycare. That consistency has helped immensely. She is always eager to go to her 'school' and is learning counting/ ABCs and getting involved in arts and crafts on a daily basis. Rekha is very caring and great at communicating my child's progress to us. I would definitely recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming yet structured environment for their babies/child!

Well I will start with this place has obviously gone downhill since 2019 - 2021. My review of this…read morechildcare and workplace is certainly not amazing. Quite the opposite actually. The director and staff at COA in Oswego are so unprofessional on many levels. I am going to start by saying my son (who happens to have mild Autism) was hired as a Teaching Assistant. This was told to them on his resume, as well as discussed at the interview. He was hired at COA about 6 months ago. Since being hired, he has been picked on, made to do work that other TA's are not made to do ( ex. clean all floors and toys in all classrooms). Written up for incidents that were embellished by other staff as a means to get him in trouble. Treated with disrespect and now after today called a racist because of a mis-pronunciation of a last name. His own family is comprised of 4 different races. He doesn't have a mean or racist bone in his body. My son, even through all of this, has continued to show up and work every day. He has taken the 10:30 am lunch even when he got to work at 9 am and others have been working since 6 am. He never complained about this unfair treatment due to feeling like he could lose his job all the time. It was evident in his anxiety that he felt left out and not supported at all. He recently had his hours cut, supposedly due to lack of enrollment. Although the center hired 4 new staff since he was hired and he was the staff with hours cut to 15 hours a week. They have treated him like he wouldn't know better and continuously pick on him. They expected him to be alone in a classroom, and because he spoke up and said he wasn't comfortable with this, his hours were cut. What a sad and unfortunate work experience for a young man who just felt he would like to work with young children. As he comes from a family who fostered other children throughout his life. He has had experience working and caring for kids quite a bit, just not in the daycare setting. As his Mom, I really felt this would be a great opportunity for him. How sad of COA to treat someone who is "different " with such disrespect that he no longer wants to work in an environment like that. I doubt you would want your children attending a place that treats their employees this way either. I know I wouldn't. If I thought my son could have written this himself, I would have him do so. His disabilities don't define him. His heart does. We will move on from here, but not without speaking our TRUTH.

They are amazing with her. She actually plays and is always smiling now when she's there. She truly is becoming a different child. She actually does the arts and crafts with them.
